My daughter was so nervous about going to the dentist, but was welcomed in the doors to a nature safari like scene. She immediately started playing with the other kids and had to be pried away from the games when it was her turn to be seen. The office was clean and upscale. I was so excited to see that they took really great care of these little people they service. The assistants and Dentist made my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything they were going to do. My daughter then allowed them to go into her mouth. She received a full exam and cleaning in a matter of minutes. My daughter loved the toothbrush kit they gave her as she left and of course she wanted to return to the toys. I moved shortly after and needed documentation for her school program. I contacted the office and received what I needed via email in a matter of minutes! I love this dentistry. We will be returning.

I was truly impressed that he read upon my medical conditions prior to seeing me and I had just written them down only 15 minutes prior. He and the staff go above and beyond at each visit making sure all questions are answered and I am comfortable. That means a lot. He is also active in the community. Just a nice well rounded guy. I'd give more stars but 5 is the max. If you are shopping for a new dentist, give the folks at Troutman a try. You won't be sorry.

I've been to the office a few times now between the 3 of my children. The waiting room itself is…read moreextremely kid-friendly (understandably so). There are two x-boxes available and various toys for children of all ages to play with. There is also a Keurig station for the adults. Thankfully we have never been in the waiting room long. When you walk to the back it leads you to an open room with four dental chairs and ceiling to floor windows. It was so bright with natural light and the decor was so cute. There is also a hallway that has 4 rooms with doors "mommy/daddy and me" rooms for the younger ones. I have also been in one of these rooms with my son who was 18 months old at the time and once again extremely kid friendly. There were plenty of toys and a fire station "dollhouse" for him to play with. He actually did not want to leave! The service provided by the hygienist and Dr. Hardin were top notch! They were both sooooo gentle and nice. They talked to my 6-year-old the entire time they were working on her teeth and let her know step by step what was happening and what to expect next so no surprises for her. Dr. Hardin was also gentle with me in explaining things we could do as parents to improve the health of her our children's teeth. It's natural to feel a little guilty but no mom-shaming here. Gentle and encouraging. They also gave my daughter information (which is better received from the doctor than mom and dad) about the importance of brushing and flossing. There is a wall the child can put his/her name on if they are cavity-free which is a good incentive. Also, they get a coin to get a prize from the machines up front after their visit (she got a bouncy ball). Of course you get a swag bag with a new toothbrush of your choice, toothpaste and I think stickers. She also got a t-shirt (4 bright colors to choose from) for it being her first time there. Her experience was great! The front desk staff is also wonderful. They work with me to find a time that works with my schedule and allows me to get 2 of them in at the same time. They also explain my bill in detail so I know what to expect, insurance payments vs patient responsibility etc. Overall this is just an awesome dentist office. I sure wish I could be a patient!

He'd been putting off going to our regular dentist in Gibsonville - some history on her first - because a couple of years ago that dentist began telling me she wanted to drill out my old fillings and redo them because she 'didn't like the way they looked". She did this on one of my old fillings at that time and that same tooth cracked shortly afterwards while I was eating granola and I had to get a crown. In my opinion I believe she was just trying to find a way to spend our money. The last time I went to her (after the aforementioned crown) she wanted to do another old filling and I said No, the tooth is not bothering me so leave it alone. Neither myself nor my husband have been back to her since. With that being said - fast forward to about a week ago and my husband's tooth was really bothering him. We have dental insurance so I went online to see who accepted it locally. Found Anne Elizabeth Dentistry and so glad we did!! We were driving by and went in to make an appointment and they were able to work him in that day, which was nice because he had to go out of town the day after. Everyone at the office was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional! When he came out, my husband said the dentist (Cohbram I believe was her name) was really nice. They discovered he needed a root canal and recommended Dr, Jepko (who I have seen before and is hands down the best Dr for this procedure!!) do that procedure and then he;d come back to them for a crown. The dentist also prescribed an antibiotic for some inflammation he had around the root. Husband had the root canal about 5 days ago and now we'll be scheduling the crown with Anne Elizabeth Dentistry. I will also be switching to them as well because I was very impressed with everyone in the office. Not sure why they had so many bad reviews, but I notice those were years ago and maybe they are so awesome now because there are new employees. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend them! :)
