The work has been done very well and as we agreed upon. If there were issues (and I knew there were bound to be because of the age of the house), I was kept informed and offered solutions in a win/win manner. The hardwood floors are so beautiful I literally teared up when I saw them. This is my grandparent's house and it has irreplaceable sentimental value. The Mountain Brothers Team have literally exceeded every expectation so far. Given the ease of doing business and quality of their work, I suspect Mountain Brothers Construction will be spending more time working in our home!!! I will return to post before and after pictures when we have completed everything.

They had an incredible little robotic machine that fit through my fence to get to the limbs in my backyard. They all proceeded to get to their appropriate jobs and in no time at all, they had both limbs down and stacked neatly in my neighbor's yard for him to use as firewood. They left my backyard better than it looked when they got here and blew all the leaves off the driveway and patio. When the crew leader came to collect, he thanked me for the opportunity and said he hoped to come back. How nice and polite these young men were! They will definitely be back as I will be recommending them highly! Thanks Stan Taylor, your guys are great!

I paid a deposit, but right after their assigned time to be there, he starts blowing up my phone which I couldn't answer as I was in a meeting. Finally, he texted which I could take. He stated they wouldn't start work unless I went ahead and paid them because the job was more than expected. I thought this was highly unprofessional, but went ahead and paid. Throughout the process, he kept sending me pics and complaints. Again, very unprofessional! Then, they didn't take the trash. They left it piled on the front porch. Joel said cleaning doesn't mean hauling off trash. If you Google move out cleaning, trash removal is part of it. I put a maybe cause if you want a great clean, but don't mind unprofessional behavior and hauling off your own trash, you should definitely hire them because besides not wiping down the counters in the laundry room, I have zero complaints for the job they did. Took one star for the unprofessional behavior and one for the trash and laundry room. This is the text Joel sent me after seeing my review. Im blocking you again now. You know youre just a nasty lonely ugly person and it was not honest you are also a liar. You told what you wanted to tell. I will not waste one more second on such a pathetic sad person, life will take care of you And I will leave the same, and all over social media, video pictures and I know your name too.
