Selling my Prius and Ascent didn't feel like some sterile deal with a random stranger. It was truly an easy and stress free process. Right from the start, his communication was lightning fast, crystal clear, and completely upfront. Instead of making me trek out to meet him, he actually traveled right out to my place and made sure I got a genuinely fair price for both vehicles. He is super easy to talk to and completely down to earth, turning what is usually a tedious chore into a great interaction. On top of great work ethic and incredible customer service, I realized after the fact that I had left my Disney license plate frame and car magnet on. When I texted him to see if he could save them, he was totally cool about it and even dropped them off at my house. Thanks again for everything. You are a true class act.

I recently needed a light bulb for my Mazda and started, as always with D+M Auto Parts. Matt Clinton pulled up the right part, then tried to install it. Unfortunately, Mazda complicated the design of this simple part to make it almost impossible to see how to fit it, much less actually install it. Matt was determined to make it work, and he finally prevailed. His persistence reflects that of the other D+M staff. I rely on them, AND THEY ALWAYS COME THROUGH. Rob even has the shop phone forwarded to his cell so he doesn't miss a call. BTW most Delorean owners are never happy (referring to review by R.L.) because the cars are always broken. If you can't handle that fact, you shouldn't own a DeLorean. Just to rebut a previous review, the owner told me that DeLorean service takes a long time and it was a low priority in their shop.
