But since you never called back as promised, how were we to know. You could at least have said that service wasn't included in the sale of your refurbished computer and we could have worked with you from there. But you NEVER RETURNED THE CALLS. And what does our lack of computer knowledge have to do with you not returning calls or informing us of your service call charges???

As the IT Manager for a company with over 300 employees, partnering with TechWorks for Co-Managed…read moreIT Services was one of the best decisions we've made. Before we even officially onboarded, they audited our expenses and identified cost savings in the high five figures annually... effectively paying for their own services! They are far more than just support; they are strategic partners. We previously had a split environment, and TechWorks helped us seamlessly migrate 70+ users from Google Workspace into our existing Microsoft 365 solution. Consolidating everyone onto a single platform has been huge for our collaboration and resulted in significant licensing cost savings. Beyond the migration, they managed a cost-saving transition to a new CCTV surveillance system, and secured our network with a WatchGuard firewall and advanced spam prevention and phishing protection. Whether it's negotiating Microsoft licensing discounts, deploying solar-powered remote cameras, or providing 24/7 coverage so I can actually take a vacation, TechWorks is an invaluable extension of my team. Highly recommended for any organization looking to reduce IT costs while improving security.

Scola Family Dentistry has been partnering with TechWorks Consulting since 2020, and they have…read morecompletely transformed our practice's technology. As a busy dental office, we rely heavily on OpenDental, Carestream, and our 3D imaging systems and TechWorks ensures everything runs seamlessly. They recently managed a complex Windows 11 migration for our workstations to meet the October 2025 deadline, ensuring we maintained strict HIPAA compliance without disrupting patient care. When our physical server failed previously, their emergency backup and disaster recovery protocols kicked in immediately. They virtualized our server so fast we didn't even experience downtime. What I appreciate most is their flat-rate Managed IT Services model. Whether they are upgrading our Wi-Fi and network security, managing vendor relationships for our phone and internet, or performing maintenance after hours, the price never changes. Before I integrate any new software, I make sure to get them involved so that it is all taken care of properly. They are the experts! It truly feels like our IT is on autopilot. Highly recommended for any medical or dental practice needing reliable support!

Wow, so blessed and grateful with my experience with George at TecKnowCare…read more My boss had a printer that wasn't working. It didn't matter what we did to it. She was going to dump it. But I have big dreams so... I thought well... I don't know anyone, but maybe someone can help me fix it. I found George here on YELP and he is so personable and easy to relate to. Busy SoCal life for all, so we arranged a time that worked best for me. He had me bring it to him and within an hour he had it fixed in a jiffy like nothing was wrong with it! Also, it was nice working with someone who is HUMAN, a normal person with great consideration for others and a genuine authenticity of care for me, the customer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and outcome off the cuff in need. I pretty much got an amazing find that needed Georges expertise and special touch. Now I have an awesome printer to do the things I feel called to do. He was gracious enough to sit with me for a few minutes too and make sure I knew how to operate it before taking it home. I'll definitely be referring you out to anyone in need of the services you provide. Thanks George for being all things to all people in authenticity, professionalism and transparency. It makes a difference in our world for sure.

Let's start with the positives, which is how quick Earl is at responding to requests. But that's…read moreabout the only nice thing I can say here because I have very strong suspicions that I was almost taken advantage of when I saw the cost estimate. I was quoted an estimated $540.66 to upgrade my laptop's RAM and SSD. While I am fully aware that computer part prices have skyrocketed because of AI, charging $179 for a stick of 16GB DDR4 RAM and $176.66 for a 512GB SSD is pretty extreme. The only thing that is reasonable is the labor fees since a Micro Center store would charge about the same for a RAM upgrade and changing out an SSD. However, the cost estimate costing more than what my device costs seems predatory. I would have just bought a new computer for $540. I took my device to another shop called Wizfix Computers to get another quote, and the owner of WizFix said that $540 for the same upgrades is a gross overcharge. I was only charged $345 at WizFix ($225 for the same parts plus tax, $120 for labor). And as a bonus, the OS was upgraded to Windows 11. Device has been running well after the upgrades. I would have been overcharged nearly $200 if I chose Ross Tech. Trying to take advantage of someone like this to make extra money is very unethical and bad business.
