Our goal was to install and implement livestream technology for our church services. Spinitar assured us that they could do this for us, and because they are right down the street in La Mirada, they'd be able to support us. Our initial concerns arose with a delay in implementation, which we tried to take in stride given our own delays with funding, shipping containers backed up, etc. But then it seemed that we never dealt with the same person twice. A chain of planners and engineers came through, each promising to bring our project to fruition. When there was finally a project planner, our volunteer had to train her on how to be a project planner, as we were not receiving daily status updates. Then we realized that they did not really know how to operate the Vaddio camera equipment or livestream equipment that they had installed. One kind and knowledgeable engineer, Chien, returned to assist us as best he could, but it turned out that no one at this national A/V company knew how to get us across the finish line. Several months later, with the help of other pastors and tech teams, we have figured it out. I am not able to recommend Spinitar to other churches who are trying to upgrade their systems or add livestream capability.
