We decided $20k-$27k was just out of our comfort zone so we passed on it. Six months later, and the beginning of a new year, we started looking at what last years models would be going for. This time a locally family owned and operated place popped up on my search. Tennessee Tub Factory, just down the mountain from us in South Pittsburg! So we took a drive down there to see what they had. We met Blake Fox, one of the owners. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and answered ALL of our questions. We are able to choose where we want to position the jets. If we want one pump or add more jets and add duel pumps. The entire process was so amazing! And the cost for a custom built hot tub, built and serviced right here in Tennessee by a proud military family???? Well, it was 1/3 of the price for what the big box store was going to charge us! They offer exceptional customer service. Are always available to answer any questions we had through the entire process and are one of the nicest families we've met here in TN. If you're in the market for a new hot tub, forget the big box stores. Go see Blake at Tennessee Tub Factory, he's simply outstanding.

I purchased a hot tub from Tennessee Tub Factory for approximately $5,995. I paid my deposit on…read moreFebruary 2 and took delivery on February 25, 2026. Unfortunately, I began experiencing problems almost immediately. On February 27, I contacted the company because the heater was overheating. The company responded and came out on March 4. After the repair, the tub lost power and required another service visit on March 5. On March 6, the tub developed a leak that required another repair. Additional service was needed again around March 17. On April 8, a hose blew off the pump, causing water to spray everywhere. The company returned on April 11 to make further repairs. As of June 15, I had already requested service seven times, and I was calling again because the tub was leaking once more. That brought the total to eight separate issues/service calls within just a few months of ownership. While the company did respond to service requests, I am disappointed by the number of defects and recurring problems in a brand-new hot tub. A new tub should not require this many repairs in such a short period of time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

Andy was very responsive and had answers quickly during the design phase. Very knowledgeable and helps you see your vision before the ground is dug. Drew was awesome during the build phase of the pool. He also answered questions quickly and if he couldn't get back that day he always responded the next. Both of these guys were very polite and always made sure we were getting what we wanted. Even after they turned the pool over to us, they are still answering questions we have and really care they gave us a good product. With it being such an investment, we appreciate them being there when we need them. If you have any doubt about choosing a pool builder, don't with Premier. We would use them all over again. Only have 1 complaint during the build process, and that was Drew is a big LSU fan.. Don't hold that against him. He did a spectacular job with our dream pool!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! It has been over 7 months since…read moreconstruction on my pool began, and the project is still not complete. What should have been an exciting experience has turned into a 7 months, and counting, nightmare. The issues started from the very beginning and continued throughout the entire process, from the pitch and excavation to the decking and concrete work, which was installed without rebar. Dirt removal was another challenge, they removed it when I told them several times I needed it for grading. Even worse, there is a noticeable crunching sound from gravel beneath the pool when walking on the tanning ledge. I was told this is "normal," but it certainly does not inspire confidence in the quality of the installation. To be fair, the owners and staff are very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, being nice does not make up for a lack of communication, accountability, or follow through. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear, then disappear for weeks at a time with little to no updates. Their "pool school" was also disappointing and provided very little value. One recurring explanation for delays and missed commitments has been employee turnover and internal miscommunication. After months of excuses, I no longer find those explanations credible. As the customer, I should not have to suffer the consequences of their staffing or management issues. A swimming pool is a major investment. You are trusting a company with tens of thousands of dollars and expecting professionalism, quality workmanship, and timely communication. In my experience, this company failed to deliver on all three. If you are considering this company, I strongly encourage you to do extensive research and continue shopping around before signing a contract. 0/10, I would not recommend! Buyer beware. (Oh, For the terrible decking/concrete pour they gave me free cool decking that they claimed they subcontracted out. They didn't! Premier Pools did it themselves and didn't finish. I wasn't surprised, that's just how they do business.) RUN! UPDATE: We finally did a night swim and with the pool lights on, you can see clearly see the bulges/bubbles on the deep end floor. The foundation was not smooth when they installed it. Crunch, Crunch, Crunch

Do not hire this company! On April 15, 2026, I hired Luis Florez to repair 2 areas on my pool (one…read morepatch in the pool finish and one repair in the tile area of my connected spa), acid wash the bottom, and replace 2 lights. The only reason I am giving a 1 star review is because the 2 guys that completed the patch job were decent. The work started on April 16, 2026, at 8:30 am. The 2 tile guys that Luis sent out to do the tile work appeared to have no previous experience in tile work. They re-used rusted tile, installed chipped tile, installed cut sided tile on the outside edges instead of the cut side being on the inside, tiles were not flush on the edges, and the grout lines were horrible. After numerous phone calls and test messages, the tile job was completed at 6:50 pm. What should have taken 4-5 hours took over 10 hours! The acid wash made the bottom of my pool look worse than before and the bottom of my spa is now yellow! With regards to the replacement of the 2 pool lights, Luis provided me with a printed quote issued by Heritage Pool Supply for $2,680.00 (This was the price for 2 lights with his contractor discount as indicated on the quote). Please note that this was the price just for the lights, the installation was an additional $150.00 per light). Once the installation was complete, I asked him to provide the paid invoice so that I would have it for warranty purposes. After several requests for it, he finally provided it on April 21, 2026, 4 days later......and his cost was actually $1,871.18 (that is $808.82 less than the written quote he provided!) If I had purchased the 2 lights, the cost would have only been $2,255.68. To top it off, the 2 lights were not even installed correctly as they fell out of the pool and spa walls on the 18th. I have retained all of the text messages, photos, and written documentation to support ALL of the above issues should anyone want to confirm my review. Luis was blatantly dishonest and provided unsatisfactory work. Do not hire!!!!
