The underlying issue with the job was Garon never informed me of when they would be working. The work required our driveway to be unusable, which is steep and long, so communication of when we would not be allowed to use the driveway was critical. I specifically asked Garon/ Phil to inform me of the timing, but the only communication that I received was a phone call when they were on their way to the site. I did not appreciate this, but the threat of "I know where you live" is unacceptable under any circumstances.
