We had talked to village pre-covid time frame so we returned. We were sent several samples by their suppliers and our selection was non stock and had to be ordered. Was promptly scheduled for installation upon arriving at Village. The men showed up at 10am and was completed at 4:15pm. They moved the heavy furniture and repositioned it upon completion. Normally quite critical of buisnesses in the area when a customer should get what they pay for. These installers worked hard. Pulled the old carpet and pad, put down new pad and installed new carpet in 6 hours. Much praise and gratitude to these men. They do 90% of village installs. Rest assured, these guys have the skills, experience and work ethic to get your floors in new condition in no time. Wife LOVES the new carpet!!

We were not bombarded as soon as we walked through the door, we were able to browse on our own till we were ready to speak with a sales person. When we told them what we wanted they took us into the area where they had the carpet in stock, we actually got to see the large rolls of carpet, it made for a nice change from the usually some carpet squares. We found the carpet we wanted and asked for a quote, the quote they gave us was 500-600 below the other quotes, and everything was included, there was no pushing to upgrade, no addition pricing for items that may or may not be necessary. With the carpet in stock we were able to schedule the work to be done right away. The guys who came to the house were very respectful of our home, and not only did they not waste anytime getting things done, they did it right the first time. So I would very much recommend them to others for their carpet needs. They did such a good job on ours that we have chosen them to do the tiling for our entire downstairs. Children moved out and getting ready to sell the house, the installers did NOT remove the padding upstairs in the bedrooms! I called and reported it and the fella I spoke with could care less. The padding that was not pulled up is from the 70's from the pictures I posted you can see some of the mess I have on my hands. I would not buy carpet, I wouldn't trust the installers and I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.
