Even then we only get vague excuses and promises. I notified Thermal Shield that the contract was expired and that I wanted a refund. I allowed 30 days for the refund. It is now November 2, 2025 and I have no refund and no communication from the company. We will be proceeding with legal action and notifying the Consumer Protection Agency of the Kentucky Attorney Generals Office. The work has not been started and now we read other negative reviews. Despite many, many attempts to renegotiate the timeline of delivery and installation, the project is still unfinished more than 16 months after signing the contract. Yes - a lawsuit has been filed. I finally ask them to leave and still waiting on a refund of unused and uninstalled door.
