I called and just assumed they would take care of it. He told me he would but would have to charge me again. Was told I should call a structural engineer. There have never been any structural issues in almost 20 years. Also told it was due to different temperatures on the 2 adjoining walls. I understand that sometime a fix may not take the first time, but they should stand behind their work
