My mother has recently had to sell the home due to illness, but managed to remain in her beloved single family home until the age of 85. I doubt this would have been possible without MC Lawn Care taking care of the heavy work of the yard and snow removal. Her yard was by far the most beautiful in her neighborhood. Brett called me the night before and came out at 9 am Wednesday as scheduled. He quoted me a price…read morefor mowing, trimming, edging, clearing out all the shrubs and creeping plants along the fence in the front and back and hauling away junk in the backyard (some of these pieces were large). He was paid in advance for the job. He did a great job of mowing and edging in the front but did not pick up any of the shrubs and grass clippings. He cut back some of the overgrown shrubs and greenery in the back. He worked for 3-1/2 hours then left at 12:30 to say he was going to empty the trailer and would be back in an hour (the dump is 20 minutes from here). I called several times to see where he was and he kept saying he was stuck in traffic. He finally showed up at 5:50 pm and worked for about an hour clearing out the metal and wooden pieces in the back. He did not return to remove the shrubbery or all the grass and shrub clippings or finish the back. I thought his price was really high, his lawn care was excellent, but am disappointed that he bailed out on me and didn't finish. (He was always polite and respectful and I wish I could have given him a better review.)
