New England Granite Works, Inc…read more 03-17-26 Review: I am a designer who contracted this company for two projects. Both were poorly fabricated and installed with damaged granite slabs. The owner claimed the slabs were chipped during loading, which is false. Timeline: Templates were taken for two residences. The templates were not followed in either project. The granite was cut by hand instead of using a CNC machine. Your employee admitted the work did not meet company standards and should not have been done by hand. Your proposed solution was to fill ¼" gaps and caulk over them. Wood or painted trim is not feasible around a cooktop or oven exhaust. This project has been ongoing since October 2025. Your company destroyed two slabs of numbered, book-matched material. Your claim that I am "taking advantage" of you is insulting. If the granite had been fabricated properly according to the templates, this dispute would not exist. Your proposed solution does not address the underlying issues and is unacceptable. I have been disputing this matter for over 5 months and living without a working kitchen. The owner is not offering any refund and replacement material and expects me to absorb the costs for both houses which is over $45,000.00

We went to a few places to compare product and cost, and this was our best option by far. They have such a wide variety of items to choose from, and they were very flexible with the price for us. Eric was wonderful to work with and was very attentive through phone and email to help with any questions we had. Once the product was purchased, they had an install date for 2 weeks from the purchase date which was very reasonable. They use a third party for the installation. Gigi Duarte with Brazilian Best Tile & Marble was amazing!!! Her daughter Lulu and she were so attentive to our needs and wants and were very open with communication. We had 1 or 2 unplanned things happen when the old tile was being taken up, and because we didn't expect it, she did not charge us for the added labor. Her crew worked so hard for 5 days, transforming this home into something quite special and beautiful. I cannot recommend these companies more. Even if you just need installation, definitely go with Gigi, but if you need the whole package of tile and installation, look no further than Floors Direct in Stuart.

I met with Joe Sullivan and the price quoted was less per sq ft than the builder wanted for the tiles. He was honest about potential issues with matching the existing tile due to dye lots and variations in color etc. I was so happy when he was able to obtain a sample and it looked close enough to move forward. We ordered the tiles and Deya and her crew arrived right on time and worked their magic. The tiles look great and the match is perfect. From start to finish the process was easy, the price was fair and the work is outstanding!

From start to finish, quote to Completion, they were excellent with communication every step of the way. Their workers were polite and respectful of my home, cleaning up at the end of each step, not even waiting til the end of the day. Victor offered design advice that saved me money and I was grateful for his honesty. I would highly recommend them for granite fabrication and tile work. The tile guy was amazing!!!' I noticed on the first day my hardwood floors were being installed Brandon was just as meticulous as I was and he noticed ever fine detail and made sure it was perfect. Brandon's goal was to make us happy. He Is a very respectable man I felt comfortable having in my home. I had estimates with a couple other companies who tried to nickel and dime me or over charge my installation square footage just to make more money. Also I had a company ask me why in the world I would put hardwood floors in my home and not engineered floors. Brandon had no issues installing hardwood floors and gave us a VERY reasonable estimate and the charge was the charge no last minute up charges. Also every spec of Debris was cleaned up at the end of each day leaving no mess for me at all. Garbage was not even left at my residence Brandon hauled it all away. It is a pleasure for me to write a review for Cosenza Carpentry an I would recommend this company to everyone I know and will definitely be using Brandon in the future. I love my floors, Thank you for all your hard work!!!

Superior Sheds: True to the Name…read more My wife and I were in the market for a shed that could serve double duty--storage and a hybrid chicken coop. With so many options out there, finding the right one came down to quality, service, and peace of mind. We first met Linda, who gave us a tour of the shed models. Her customer service was excellent--helpful, patient, and informative. After measuring our space and narrowing down what we needed, we returned and met Hal, the manager. He walked us through additional options, explained the build quality, Miami-Dade wind rating (which all Florida construction should meet), and the warranty. The process from purchase to permitting to installation was smooth and straightforward. No surprises. No stress. If you're in the market for a shed--for tools, chickens, or anything in between--I highly recommend Superior Sheds. Hal and his team made it easy from start to finish.
