**WC** I am happy to…read morepop this cherry Yelp community! This girl is in a wheelchair so any opportunity I can get to wheel myself around a real Farmers Market and not be bombarded with thousands of angry people...YES PLEASE. Get there while it's new people! We even got there within an hour of closing and had a great time! I wished I had a few more business names to give you besides Missionary Chocolates but, alas, I don't and Bridgeport Village really seems to not really be promoting this a huge amount so I was unable to find a list of vendors. I only really saw about three actual farm stands with produce and two carried berries mostly. We did grab some of the best looking lettuce I have ever seen though. We also bought some of the most amazing sausages. One berry stand was a bit jacked up with a very angry woman shooing away children. Speaking of which...I am about to get on my soap box a minute to parents. Seriously, I love you...I do - you do something I myself just cannot do BUT, please feed your kids. These are kids riding brand new fancy bikes in their fancy clothing...CLEARLY you have the money to feed your children...there are some good places for that right around there...seriously... Because every time I would get remotely close to anything at all some psycho kid would cut me off asking for samples and then the vendor would help them...all of them. Honestly, besides us and the parents of these kids it was pretty slow so getting bum-rushed but kids on approach was a bit much. With that said, there were hand made soaps, baked goods, flower arrangements, jewelry and crafted goods. Also, I really wish we had look at the location before parking all the way in front of Marios - that area of the parking lot is always so crowded due to most of the restaurants being over there leaving the garage pretty free for parking. So I rolled myself and my husband walked at the way over since the market is located on the street inside the mall area in front of the parking garage every Tuesday night from 4-8pm. We are definitely going to try to start going regularly.

The store is pretty large in size and well stocked. Always is kept very clean. There is lots of checkers and self-checkout lanes. This store stays quite packed and busy most of the time. Ordering pick-up through the app is straightforward and the orders come out great (caveat is that I almost always select items for substitution). Staff have been friendly and efficient.

It is a larger store offering a wide variety of items to purchase including clothing, grocery foods, cooking gadgets, and even an On Point Credit Union inside. The staff are usually very friendly and have always answered my questions to the best of their ability. The few downsides I have seen with this specific location are that it is often fairly busy and waiting in lines to checkout is not uncommon, the parking lot can be a bit of a tight squeeze and I was unaware that they would be closing most of the lot to work on it the last time I went, and that I sometimes get confused regarding the layout of sections within the grocery area of the store. Overall, I would recommend this store for your daily grocery/shopping needs, especially if you have signed up for the free Fred Meyer membership and are able to get the deals they offer.

Ok, so following my Tigard Farmer's Market review, I can't leave out the "other" FM in the area…read more That is BULL MOUNTAIN! Someone complained about there being 2 farmer's markets in the Tigard area. I thought this was funny. Yes, both markets are in Tigard, but have very different vibes and this market is now open both SATRURDAY and SUNDAY, where as the Tigard Market is only open Sundays. Some nice flowers here, also $10-15 per bouquet; fresh and lovely. They make a perfect arrangement, it's a work of art! La Provence makes an appearance to get your fresh pastries-nom nom nom! A few hot food items (the local Thai restaurant, a food truck), tables for enjoyment and some crafty things too like furniture, jewelry, art. A few funky finds to be had! They have great local produce here (Hint: raspberries here are usually better priced than all other farmer's markets in the area if stocking up to make jams). One of the things I LOVE most about this market is the farmers who own and actually work the land have a stand here. You don't have a wealthy business owner on his second career who inherited the family land trying to sell upscale veggies he paid workers under the table $3 per hour to pick. You get the honest to goodness farmer picked and sold in the palm of your hands. Some of the produce is so fresh here it lasts for 2 weeks (if you buy too much like I do), which is not unique to farmer's markets, but I swear it is fresher here. Great selection, too. Changes weekly, like all the other markets. And the people here are so friendly, not just the vendors, but the customers all seem happy and not in a rush. Oh, and just like their Tigard Cousin, they are DOG FRIENDLY! Pampered pooches don't have to sit at home or in the car...bring them here and they are well loved and welcome. It's more like a European market! The atmosphere is not fancy. It's parking lot quasi urban-getto compared to other FMs, but that's not a bad thing, as it provides some interesting passers by. You can't complain that this market is upscale, posh or high end. After all, it sits in the same parking lot as Harbor Freight, a pool hall, a suspect tavern, coin-op laundry mat, any one of these places has at least one person stumbling out their door for one reason or another responding to internal stimuli when I'm at this market. Always entertaining, I say! Love the Bull Mountain Market. Nice to have options in the area!
