It's pretty common for dealerships to sell cars with bad tires but it's highly unusual for them not to budge at all on a simple set of new tires to go with your new car. I took the car to discount tire right after and the tires were cooked 3/32 all the way around. I hope I have to never do business with them again but I got the car I wanted so it wasn't all bad. I can confidently say that they care nothing about the customer experience over there and will hassle you about any little detail you bring up, gaslight you, and straight up lie to get the sale!
