I recently bought a used 2007 Volvo V50 from Casey Jackson Ford. They seemed nice but when I brought the car home it was 4 quarts low on oil. I would think that a car dealership would thoroughly check out a used car before selling it. Apparently this dealer will sell anything off their lot. I have only had the car a couple of months and now I am having transmission problems. It will cost me $7000 to replace it. My wife did take it to their service department to have a complimentary free oil change 2 weeks ago. They told her everything was okay with the car. A few days after, the transmission light started popping on. I know that when you buy a used car that there are no warranties but If a car dealership is not going to at least check the car out before they sell it to me, then i might as well save the extra money and buy the car from a private owner or auction. read more

I bought a 2016 Hyundai on January 19th, 2000 miles later the battery died, had it towed to Hyundai dealership, was told, bad battery, bad cabin filters, all 4 tires are dangerous and risking my life driving it. After leaving several messages, I was told I shouldn't have had it towed to the Hyundai dealership, and my salesman, said he could get me a better price on tires and put filters in for me. Brought a 2007 F150 in on 4/10/2019 for a $450 tune-up. Due to the technician breaking a spark plug off, am left without a truck, and was informed that I will have to pay a total of $3,700 for the tune-up, additional service, and cylinder head removal to remove the piece of spark plug the technician broke off and wait several days to get my truck back. What should have been a "we broke it, we'll make it right, and we'll provide you a loaner until we do" was more of a "too bad buddy, cough up the $3,700 for our mistake and start walking until we get around to it." Nice to be able to break things, suffer no repercussions, and stick the repair cost to the customer. read more

While car shopping should be fun, it has definitely been a frustrating experience in the past. Up until October, I had never looked forward to trading my vehicles in or purchasing at all. However, because of the knowledgeable and patient staff at Casey Jackson Ford, we have now added two Ford Explorer's to our driveway in the past 6 months! The staff here is very friendly and they all operate with the utmost transparency and integrity. Cory Jackson assisted me in the sales department. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I had communicated my needs and wants as well as my budget to Cory. When I arrived, he had vehicles picked out and ready to look at that he thought would suit what I was looking for and he nailed it! He had plenty of inventory to choose from. He listened to the things that were important to me and guided me in the right direction; never coaxing me to look at things that would possibly be unattainable in terms of pushing my budget. Since I had already driven an Explorer, I declined to test drive the one I chose in order to start on the paperwork quickly since I happened to have my two kiddos in tow. However, Cory insisted that even though the car had less than 5 miles on it, it would benefit me to take the time to ensure that this particular vehicle drove and operated properly before leaving and that it met my expectations. He even assisted in piling the kids in and transferring over the car seat. I truly appreciated how patient and personable he was. When we got back, I had the pleasure of speaking with Shane Peal, the Sales Manager at Casey Jackson Ford. For me, this is typically the part of the transaction that I dread the most since most sales managers like to sit behind a "curtain" and play number games; sending their salesmen back and forth with the little white paper that contains information a consumer knows little about right?! I can't tell you how many times in the past how intimidated I have been when a Sales Manager actually comes out to the smaller desk you're sitting at to try and take the "last punch in the ring" when you're hungry and simply "worn out". Shane is far from all the stereotypes. He is very much a straight shooter and also extremely personable. He shook my hand and sat down with me to explain my options thoroughly. I had an expectation of what I thought my payments should be prior to our conversation that I had not shared with the dealership. So, when Shane was explaining the options, I knew there was no need to even negotiate! He came within pennies of my expectation so I didn't have to worry about anything. At this time, I had asked Shane to explain an additional Ford Care coverage and he did so without pressuring me to consider adding it to my vehicle. Rob Tracy, the Financial Manager finished everything up with his knowledge of procedures and policies. We signed and completed all of the required documentation for financing without any additional pressure from Rob after her explained options. A special thank you to Bob Benson. A true team is a reflection of its leadership! He has a hands on approach in all aspects of the dealership's operations. He was there to oversee all the stages of the buying/leasing process for me. I appreciate his communication and commitment to consumer satisfaction! He even made sure my kiddos were taken care of. This literally was the best car purchase/lease experience I have ever had! I am not happy with my last experience. On 10/6/2017 for a 3:30pm appointment I took my Red 2014 V6 Mustang to get the oil changed as normal. All past experiences were just fine until today. I took my car to get my oil changed and unnoticed the employee that got in to drive it to the service area, took off in it. I didn't really like this but that's not enough to worry about. When he came back after servicing my vehicle, he wasn't shy about using the brakes as same for the accelerator. I wanted to say something then but he practically ran off before I could even get out of the waiting are. I'm not sure if the same employee is the one that changed my oil but whoever it was is lucky that I didn't pop the hood there. When I came home and popped the hood I see oil everywhere. Oil cap was secure thankfully, but the employee clumsily spilled oil on my shock tower and breather cover. I am not happy with this particular experience. Please take care of this and teach your employee(s) how to treat cars right. Thank you. Aside from that, I love the place! read more

LONG RANT... hang on tight... DO NOT EVER under any circumstances EVER use Casey Jackson Ford in Royston, GA ...I can't even begin to remember ALL the things they rigged and I mean rigged to try to repair my sons Jeep after they totally messed it up!!!! We took it to them to repair after he had a wreck as they were recommended to us... huge mistake !!! They never repaired the damage to the Jeep... they rigged it.... For instance when they couldn't line it up properly they filled in the hole with weld and drilled another one in the lower control arms, they failed to put the screws in on the fan shroud, left bolts sitting loose on the motor, left a kink in the gas line, welded control arm in the wrong spot , broke the zipper on the soft top, FEED A CAT out of the back of the Jeep attracting hundreds of ants... and sent the Jeep home WITH THE FRAME STILL BENT!!!!! And that's not even the half of it!!!Mad is an understatement... we talked with several people at Casey Jackson even spoke with Casey Jackson himself no apologies no offer to correct all the mistakes... I bought a 2013 V6 Mustang coupe in Oct. 2012. I think I got a very good deal. The car had a problem with the secondary fuel pump. They took care of the problem quickly and free since the car was still under warranty. A couple of years latter I had a minor wreck that did a lot of damage (I ran backwards across a ditch and damaged the rear end clip, the front end clip, and destroyed the exhaust system from the catalytic converters back.) I had the car towed to the dealership and they turned it over to Dennis Brown's body shop which is right behind the dealership. I would have to give Mr. Brown at least six stars. He was great to work with, eager to do things "my way", did a great job (even sent back one of the clips the parts people sent him because he felt it was somewhat flawed and had them send him a better one.) He let me order a cat-back exhaust system that was much cheaper and better than the original equipment and gave me more than the savings from the full coverage ins. est. It was quite apparent that customer satisfaction and quality was job ONE with this guy. I'd have to say he was the most pleasant and easiest to work with man I've ever done business with, and I'm 53 so I've dealt with lot's of people before. He doesn't seem to be advertised anywhere but if you take your auto body business to him through Casey Jackson Ford, your sure to be happy. By the way I couldn't get a ride to pick the car up when it was ready, so he delivered it to my home at no extra charge. It just doesn't get any better than that. read more
