It felt light and was several grams under what it was supposed to be. I put in for a return, and these guys cancelled my return request, and won't answer any of my messages. They refuse to give me a refund on my money. I just have to say, if this is a professional business, its being run very unprofessionally. For one, they should be embarrassed for selling a fake coin. Any LCS worth its salt tests EVERYTHING that comes thru the door. Their reputation counts on it. Employee did not give me a chance to explain after the appraisal I would check with my sister for approval to sell. She told me they would charge me for the appraisal. This is horrible service!!! She was friendly enough when she came to our home, however we had nothing but problems with her after she left. She undervalued our home by $30,000! We had done some updates and based on comparables in our area, we were thinking our home would appraise for $260k-265k. After finishing an entire basement level and several other improvements, she only valued our home at $236k which is 3k more than we bought it for. Given upward trending values for homes, even if we had done no updates, our home value should have been raised by $15-20k at minimum. She made several mistakes on the appraisal report itself, forgetting to include our fireplace and some square footage in the basement. As well as putting the wrong year for date of build for our home and a few other smaller errors. Our lender had nothing but problems with rebuttals with her and she was unwilling to change her value even after her mistakes were pointed out. We had a 2nd appraisal done that we had to pay for our of pocket because of her mistakes, and that value came in at $265k a full $29k more than her value. We also spoke with 3 other appraisers in the area that said they are familiar with this appraiser, and they do not recommend her either. Do not use this company.

I notified them of non-opening windows in May and as of November, nothing has been done. I reported that the garage clicker had stopped working and we changed the battery a month ago. In response, they threatened me with a rent increase for not paying separately for my garage space which was included when I signed my lease. The clicker has not been replaced, nor do they have the intention of doing so. My advice to you: don't rent anything that Pfefferle manages. They are the worst!
