Looks like they've had bad reviews in the past. Can't say anything has changed in 2023. These…read moreguys have an Eeebay store, and I purchased a silver Phillipines Peso from them , or so I thought. Once I got it in the mail, I tested it with a magnet and it stuck right away. It felt light and was several grams under what it was supposed to be. I put in for a return, and these guys cancelled my return request, and won't answer any of my messages. They refuse to give me a refund on my money. I just have to say, if this is a professional business, its being run very unprofessionally. For one, they should be embarrassed for selling a fake coin. Any LCS worth its salt tests EVERYTHING that comes thru the door. Their reputation counts on it. Well, I'd give a pass if this was their first mistake, but after reading some more reviews on Ebay, this isn't the first time they've sold counterfeit coins. I left a negative review, but somehow they got it scrubbed. So I'm leaving my grievances here and elsewhere to hopefully let a future unsuspecting customer of theirs steer clear away from them to avoid getting duped like I did. They pilfered me out of $20, so I hope it was worth it to them and it costs them down the road a potential sale far greater. Karma Karma Karma, man. Don't do business with these thieves, there are more honest coin dealers deserving of your business.

First time going to this establishment. Horrible service. Started with the ice skating rink on…read moretheir front step I had to walk across. I guess they never heard of putting salt on ice! Anyway I had some very valuable old silver dollars and some jewelry from my Mother's estate. Wanted it appraised so I could check with my sister if it was OK to sell. Employee that had the personality of a funeral director came to assist me. Asked if I was appraising it for insurance or if I was going to sell it. I said no to both. Employee did not give me a chance to explain after the appraisal I would check with my sister for approval to sell. She told me they would charge me for the appraisal. This is horrible service!!! I know I looked a little homeless because I was dressed for the weather but how about getting the whole story from potential customers before dismissing them! I will never come back to this establishment!!!!

He was patient with all of our questions and answered them thoroughly! I really admired his attention to detail and knowledge! Highly do not recommend working with a realtor through Hietpas…read more We did not sell a home through them, but we went to an open house, then ended up working with that Realtor (Lin), to buy that home. We were very excited at first. She seemed friendly, welcoming, & helpful, as this was our first home. However, soon, we started asking questions, & she started contradicting herself. She initially told us there were no updates in the last year. Then, when we were discussing our offering price, & she told us it was too low, she was trying to sell us on "all the updates & new appliances" that were included. We said "you told us there were no updates" & she asked us if we saw the house. Also, mind you, the "new" appliances are probably all a minimum of 10+ years old...most likely 20+. She told us they had the house appraised, & it was worth nearly $10,000 more than what it was publicly appraised at last year...which, again, they're were no updates since then. However, we couldn't see that information. After an accepted offer had been made, the bank we were working with set up an appraisal. It was appraised essentially the same price as it was last year, according to the public records. Then, after an accepted offer had been made, there were a number of things we needed to get to the bank by a certain date. However, she never shared that date with us. She new full well it was our first home, & that we were not familiar with the process. When apologizing to our banker about the confusion, she told us not to worry about it & that she has worked with this realtor before & it didn't surprise her. Now, last note (& believe me, I've left a lot out), we were in the house at the start of December. The previous owner showed up to our house on Christmas Eve. She told us Lin had told her that we had a check for her for her last years taxes. Well, that was news to us! We told the previous owner we'd have to get in touch with Lin after the holidays, because we had no idea what we she was talking about. Well, low & behold, Lin shows up at our house on Christmas Eve night! Telling us the previous owner contacted her about a check, & she told her we owed her that money. We told her no one ever explained this to us & why would we have to pay the taxes for the past year, when we moved in during the last month. She said they should have explained that during closing (which she was unable to make it to, even though it was scheduled over a month in advanced). Needless to say, they did not. In fact, she was incorrect. We owed no money. We called our banker & she explained she would get in touch with Lin & not to worry about a thing. We found the last note about Christmas Eve, so completely inappropriate & unprofessional. Who shows up, without notice, at someone's house on Christmas Eve, telling them they owe someone money to pay for a year of taxes? A realtor from Hieptas Realty, that's who. What a joke.
