Moved out 2 months early with notice,.still got charged for rent, and got billed for lawn care after they requested the keys. Wouldn't let us back on the property. Charged us for leaving a shelf in the basement so the next tenants had something to actually use. We replaced their shitty toilet on our dime with no reimbursement.
