Needed a new car because of change in work circumstances so, at the recommendation of some family…read morefriends, I checked out some dealerships in the area. Normally don't write Yelp reviews for car dealerships, but making an exception because one of the car guys (Steven? Stephen?... sorry forgot his first name but Mr. Huang the Asian car salesmen) was exceptionally helpful. At the other locations, I felt intense but subtle pressure to walk away with a purchase as if it was a crime against humanity if I didn't buy something that day. Stephen acted completely differently and gave me honest and real advice. He made me realize I should keep my current car for a little bit and see if it meets my needs, and only then, should I consider purchasing a new one. I didn't buy a car that day from any dealerships, but if I needed to in the future, I'm definitely making Lithia my first (and likely final) stop.

As someone who bought a car from them, I felt completely disrespected by how I was treated…read more It took JR, the salesman, an entire week to get back to me with information for the service department. When I finally got an appointment scheduled, they had the wrong model of my truck on file. After waiting another 1-2 weeks for the appointment, I brought my truck in--only to be asked twice if I was there for (1) an oil change or (2) an engine light issue. Neither was correct. I was then sent to a different service advisor who didn't have any information about my truck at all. Why? Because when I originally made the appointment, no one even asked what I was bringing the vehicle in for--they just gave me a date and time and hung up. I have messages and call records if anyone wants proof. Communication throughout the entire process was terrible. I dropped my truck off at 7:40 AM and didn't receive a single update. The service link they provide showed no progress all day. I finally had to call at 3:13 PM, only to be told Justin was working on my truck but had another appointment he was focused on. When I asked if that meant my truck was done, I was told no--it simply wasn't being worked on. They said they would call me back, but I never heard from them. I had to call again at 4:22 PM because there were still no updates online and no communication from their team. That's when I was finally told what the issue was and that a part needed to be ordered, which would take about 14 days. I was also told I couldn't get a rental because the truck was "drivable"--even though it shakes worse than turbulence on a plane. To make matters worse, both Justin and the supervisor told me, "You've been driving it like that, so you might as well keep driving it like that." That response was completely unacceptable. There was also conflicting information about the part. One employee told me it would be overnight shipped, while the manager later seemed unaware of that and clarified it would take 2-3 days. Since when does "overnight" mean anything other than 24 hours? Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and basic professionalism was shocking. I was repeatedly called the wrong name, and they even got my truck's model and year wrong. On top of everything, I felt like I was treated differently and poorly as a woman. Very disappointing experience If the owner of this establishment would like to reach out I would be glade to have a chat with him.

Come to find out, the headlights weren't operational, and upon purchasing and replacing the headlights and fuses, we then discovered the entire relay needed replaced, which I also had to purchase and replace, again, 4 days after PURCHASING the car. I called the dealer, as when I asked about the inspection they said, and I quote, "Call us if there is anything wrong with the vehicle, we wouldn't want to put you in a vehicle with problems.", so I did just that. After speaking to a salesman, getting the voicemail for service, they then took down my name and said that a manager would reach out. It's been just under 24 hours, and I haven't heard a peep. Besides the shitty customer service, upon closer inspection of the vehicle after removing what felt like an inch thick layer of grease they used to clean the plastic parts of the vehicle, we discovered that the detailers not only scratched the vehicle in multiple places while polishing, but actually BURNED the paint. Had this not been the exact vehicle I was looking for with the right features and mileage, I would have never trusted this dealer, and looking back, I regret allowing them to earn my business.

After doing a bunch of research, I decided to do a lease on a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience. From the second I walked into the dealership, I felt at home. The whole team went above and beyond and had me in and out of there in a matter of hours with the exact deal I wanted on the exact car I wanted. Even had it shipped over from Seattle within 48 hours. Thank you, Dan and Joel. I love my car so much and I appreciate your support to get 'er done. PS -- oh and the warranties cover me for EVERYTHING. There are so many perks with Hyundai, it's incredible. Honda and Toyota can't even touch it. Pure magic

They said it was neglected and despite the fact there were NO check engine/check oil lights that ever turned on (their diagnostics confirmed it). There is ONE missing oil change receipt spanning 11,000 miles that cannot be located. Therefore, Hyundai "main" company and Speck both refused to honor the warranty and do the right thing. It's a shame because I have enjoyed both of my Hyundai's and my current one is 9 years old, spent most of its time in my garage when not being driven, and is in excellent condition. If you want loyalty once you walk out the door with your car, don't buy from here. What a major disappointment from a place I was going to purchase another car from one day soon.

I had my eye on a Maverick - and he was super knowledgeable about all the features and differences between models. Made us feel super comfortable was easy going the entire time. The worst car-buying experience of my life…read more I purchased a used Tesla from Corwin Ford in October 2025 and drove eight hours from Southern Oregon to pick it up. I've bought many vehicles over the years, and this was by far the most disorganized and frustrating experience I've ever had. To be fair, Omar and Stephen were outstanding. Omar was professional, responsive, and never pushy. Stephen was knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely tried to fix problems as they came up. They are the only reason this review isn't one star. Everything else -- especially management -- was a mess. From the start, almost every decision required a manager, and each one contradicted the last. I dealt with four different managers, and the lack of communication between them made the process chaotic and unnecessarily frustrating. Jered pressured me with typical "we have a lot of interest" lines, rushed my deposit, and insisted it was non-refundable even though the vehicle clearly needed attention. When I asked for a refundable deposit, they actually told me to write the contract myself. After I drafted a legitimate agreement, they rejected it and allowed only a handwritten amendment. He also never followed through on multiple things he said he'd do, including trying to beat my financing rate. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it still had makeup on the seats, pen marks, damaged trim, poor detailing, and multiple recalls that hadn't been addressed. The car hadn't even been properly charged because employees kept unplugging it. Then came Fabian, and he was the breaking point of the entire experience. His demeanor was openly hostile, dismissive, and confrontational from the moment he walked in. No introduction, no professionalism, no basic courtesy. He demanded additional personal information without explanation, performed a "Ford survey" that immediately led to spam calls, and insisted he needed to run my credit again--despite already having 80% of the vehicle funded and multiple confirmations of my wire transfer. His explanation made no sense, and the entire interaction felt manipulative, as if he was pushing a loan purely for the commission. Even other employees hinted he was "having a really bad day," which doesn't excuse the behavior. Paperwork errors added hours to the process, including discovering my deposit was never even processed. The only person who handled the final paperwork professionally was Yaritiz, who was kind and helpful despite cleaning up mistakes made before the documents reached her. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop after leaving. The dealership failed to remove the previous owner from the Tesla system, which left me stranded at a charging station in Boardman because I couldn't access charging. They also left the previous owner's personal and financial information visible on the vehicle. Only after contacting Tesla directly and paying a prior balance was the vehicle unlocked for use. Stephen later reimbursed me for the hotel, and eventually (after repeated follow-ups) I received the missing wheel cap. But no one else responded. In the end, Corwin Ford's management team turned what should have been a simple purchase into a multi-day ordeal filled with pressure tactics, misinformation, errors, and unprofessional behavior. I left with zero confidence that my personal information was handled securely or that this dealership operates with any real oversight. Omar and Stephen deserve recognition for their professionalism. The rest of the process -- especially management -- needs serious reform.
