I was unable to get my prescription refilled for over a month and the front desk just kept insisting it wasn't their fault, but offering no solutions to the problem. (I don't care whose fault it is I need my prescription) but nonetheless, once the problem was finally solved, I decided to stay here because it's easier than switching doctors. But then, I recently needed a referral to a specialist... they sent me the referral but when I called that doctor.... The doctor doesn't even work there! So I was instructed that I need a new referral.. I called the front desk and was told that I either needed to jump through a bunch of hoops, or they would give me a new referral in about 2 weeks. I obviously need a doctor now that's why I asked for a referral. I told the doctor my symptoms and he agreed I need to see someone. But of course the bag has been fumbled yet again and there is no urgency to fix their mistakes (despite the fact that my health is literally on the line but pop off I guess) Anyway the doctors and nurses are very kind and I really like them, but administration makes this place actually unbearable. Tile to find a new doctor.

She made a recommendation for a lab test that my cardiologist should order for my high cholesterol. One Medical is so amazing. Yes, you pay a membership fee, but then, YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE A DOCTOR. Like, the day you need to. Or, you do a video chat, or send your doctor a message that they actually respond to in a timely manner. The app is also super helpful and efficienct. They have this great feature that you can get immediate help for certain things like colds, yeast infections, or ordering a lab test. You fill out the information in the app, and someone gets back to you right away, putting in the lab visit or sending the rx to your pharmacy. I really don't think I have ever had medical access that is responsive and available when I need it. Their lab is open for drop ins throughout the day, and I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. It is just really excellent service. I hope it stays this way!

Yes my daughter went in to labor . Peoples clinic put my Daughter and my first grandchild life at Risk . I will be reporting them . It's like you're thumbing through some old vinyl, not knowing the era or the genre...just a bit bored and curious. You see one that you have no reason to believe you'll enjoy. You bring out your old turntable....put it on..and...whoa! Dr. Hahn is professional and knowledgeable and is a damn fine Primary Care Physician. He and his staff find time to squeeze me in for my minor emergencies (scratched cornea or needing to spend my flexible spending account dollars in the last week or the year) and attend to my yearly or biannual checkups. Having a staff which makes themselves available is very important. They have an emergency line to call off-hours He tries to understand where I am coming from, both personally and genetically and offers sage direction. He told me that men of my background have a higher risk of heart disease, even though they do not often exhibit signs of obesity. I told him it was because we have smaller diameter arteries in general. He listened. He is definitely a listener, teacher and learner. And he is open. He is my wife's doctor too. When she was pregnant and suffering from hip pains, he prescribed alternate medicines including acupuncture. He didn't quite realize that a quick chiro-adjust was what she needed, but he does have a holistic approach. Which brings me to my next point. He's not god. I think the more mechanical aspects or perhaps some female-specific aspects may be a tad out his realm. That's why you also have specialists. If you're pregnant and have aches and pains, I'd actually recommend going to our midwife, Michelle, first. In the last 2 months or more of appointments, he gave her medication for an urinary tract infection, scheduled her physical therapy for strengthening her legs and muscles because he said she was just 85 and loosing muscle tone. We requested a wheelchair, oxygen, bloodwork. Mother should have been admitted to the hospital for just her symptoms alone. When she fell to the floor twice from not having any strength, cold and sweating, sleeping most of her days, we admitted Mother to the hospital ourselves. Dr Lamy how did you miss terminal cancer through most of her organs?!?! Mother died trusting you Sir. We asked to talk with Dr Lamy at his office, he agreed and had our meeting set by his staff. Dr Lamy hid behind a 150. dollar charge to visit with our family. No condolences. Dr Lamy is not a Dr you should trust. On arrival on 12/26/2025 I was asked for proof of Insurance which I didn't have that day. They then tried to charge me $150 for this visit. I had to call my insurance to clear up the issue. Then they said they couldn't see me And I am already at the office they wanted to reschedule my visit because of their incompetence the receptionist was rude and dismissive. I am a senior citizen an honorable discharged veteran and I have to drive a round trip of 80+ miles to see these incompetent people.You almost never see Dr LAMY most of the time you see A P.A.
