My least favorite part about this store was the fact that the racks were too close together. It wasn't a deal breaker but I hated how close the racks were! I was able to find a camouflage sweater at 40% off and I think this was a great deal! The store had a lot of cute clothes to pick from and I really enjoyed this shopping experience at Factory Connection! The staff was helpful , nice and fun to interact with.

We got there, showed them the idea of a design, they wrote it down--fine, cool. We gave them our number, and a few hours later we were texted with a design very similar to the one we had in mind--great. We even changed the shirt material and added/dropped shirts for teammates--they were polite about it. However, we needed the shirts by July 8th, we ordered June 24th--18 shirts in all. First of all, the math for our total was way off to begin with. We paid $124.00 deposit, cool. Then, she told us we owed $192.80 I told my fiancé that didn't sound right, to text and ask if there was tax and how much it was per shirt. I guess they redid their math and the price went down significantly. We were told the shirts would be done first by July 5th, so we would have them before our first game. Went up there, shirts weren't even in yet. Okay, so we asked when they would be done--she said lunchtime Saturday (the 6th). She also said she'd text us Saturday when they were done--never did because they were still not done. Went up there, they were closed by 2. July 8th we texted again--now they said they were going to be done around 9:30-10:00 (day of our game.) SIKE--they didn't order enough shirts. They only ordered 17, we needed 18. I'm at a loss for words as to why they didn't order one extra anyways in case they misprinted something. Now one of our teammates will have a completely different shirt with the design slightly different. They didn't check behind us on our names-sizes-numbers until they began printing to realize they were one shirt short. It's so irritating that we've had to do the runaround, and won't be able to give our team their shirts until we get to the game. Won't be coming here again. I understand they can't control when shirts come in mail--but DON'T give us a date/time for when they're done if you don't know if they'll actually be done. We live out of town, and driving back and forth was really getting old.
