She was very happy that I brought the pot sizes as well as where I intended to place them (sun/shade). In no time at all I had a wagon full and with what my friends and I purchased, my trunk space was full. Pricing is a bit on the high side but honestly, the stock is beautiful, healthy and the variety is abundant. Add in the personal attention I received and it was money well spent because a multitude of choices were offered for the specific types of plants I needed. If I wasn't really liking something she suggested, we moved on. She was so helpful! On my next visit I will take some time to browse inside the store, they had some lovely gift ideas but time wasn't on my side at that point. Such a fun outing! (As for getting there, I-65 South was fine on the way there even though a significant stretch is under construction. The return was jammed so we came back on Hwy 31. While it took longer, there were no traffic delays.)

They delivered and installed the bedroom set expertly! When the delivery person noticed we were unsure if the bed was too small, he: 1) offered to contact the store, 2) see if there was an upgrade, 3) take the bed back apart, 4) reload the bed on the truck, 5) redeliver the upgraded bed, 6) assemble the new bed at no additional cost! We are currently in the process of purchasing a mattress from a major department store after the…read more2nd "warranty" replacement mattress from Barry's in 10 years has failed. We originally purchased an extremely comfortable firm pillow top Restonic mattress that was a display unit. Unfortunately after a year or so, through a defect of some sort, the sidewall collapsed on the mattress and it began sagging badly. We contacted Barry's to initiate a warranty replacement, and they offered to replace it same day if we could bring ours and pick up the replacement. I was not home, so my wife and a family member worked out the swap. The replacement turned out to not be a Restonic and it had a memory foam top instead of the pillow top. The foam made for an extremely hot sleeping experience and it began breaking down and sagging within 2 years. I stopped in the store and told the manager of the situation and that I was unhappy with the so-called warranty replacement not being the brand or quality of the original. He arranged for another replacement and told us to pick out another set with a warranty credit. They only had 3 Restonic mattresses in the store; two were of lower quality and the third was nearly a thousand dollars above the credit we had to apply. He then showed us another mattress that he claimed was manufactured by a company recently acquired by Restonic. He said that the warranty cards and labels had not yet been updated, but that he would send us the updated documentation once it arrived. This documentation has never been seen, and, based on the sagging this latest mattress experienced, I believe it to be another generic substandard mattress. Our original was an 800+ coil count firm, and the others have not held up at all. I believe in shopping locally, but I will not purchase anything, mattresses or otherwise, from Barry's in the future.

I have two teenagers who have been going here for a while now. Great salon, great experiences until…read moretoday. A lady we didn't know (not the lady requested) cut their hair. She was extremely rude and dismissive to what was asked of her. Very upset at how she treats her customers and how bad the cut turned out. We will be back to the salon, but never again to this lady. Regardless of the day you are having, you cannot treat your customers poorly or talk to them like they are incompetent even teenagers!

For my second appointment, I had a car emergency and called the salon the morning of my appointment to explain that my car was inoperable until I could get a tow service. They said they would not reschedule my appointment unless I paid a $25 fee, so I will not return to a place not only unaccommodating of a vehicle emergency but also willing to charge almost the full amount of their service to punish someone for having an emergency.
