    Before and after! Simply the best hairdresser I've ever had

    Trends salon has and will always be a go too of mine! My stylist is Paloa and she absolutely kills it! You give her an inspo picture and the lady will deliver, she and the salon have amazing vibes! Don't think twice about it :)

    Well I must say.. visited TRENDS once again while on visit to see my father in Nipomo.. called Angela.. she had an opening and I Jumped!! Reshaped my cut, I have thick hair so I mean took the thinning shears to it!! So easy and quick to style now. It's on the Sassy side. A great cut for me 60 yrs! Got rid of the tumbleweed I had sitting on my head. Chuckle chuckle‼ we determined I must visit her once a year for the complete shaping thingthank you

    I should have read the reviews before coming here for my haircut. I always heard good things about trends. I trusted a bit too much. Kathleen was my hairstylist. I'm disappointed she let me leave the salon with my natural curls to later realize this. I come home to straighten my hair and I noticed how bad it actually was. Don't let her touch your hair. Now my long hair is gone and I have to deal with this. My friend called the salon for me and was informed that she's contracted through trends and doesn't go through them. My friend left her contact info to get back with her and she called my friend back and she was rude and suggested I go back to fix my hair. I THINK NOT! At this point I want a refund for the horrible job. Now I gotta look for shorter ideas after trying to grow my hair.

    This salon did not only color my hair the WRONG color. They did not want to be kind enough to offer anything to fix it. I specifically asked for a caramel brown sunkissed balayage when she instead put Red Brown WITHOUT even telling me till the treatment was over. I really tried to be patient and put a positive note. But the whole day, my hair was RED. It was not brown AT ALL. Along with the fact that she rushed towards the end of my appointment and did not curl my hair in the best of her ability. My hair was burnt! NEVER once said the word Red whatsoever out of my mouth. The sad part was that she did not even want to tell the colors she was going to use on me instead she went behind my back to put a different color that I never even asked. Unprofessional. I really did trust her and thought she really knew what I truly wanted. Also not to mention that I had VIRGIN HAIR and she knew well that I was pretty nervous about everything and I wanted to make it clear to her of what I wanted and OBVIOUSLY she did not get the point I was putting across. That later afternoon, I called to tell about my disappointment and wanted to have some sort of refund or to fix my hair before I leave to AZ. Talked to the hairdresser Alisha and she said "Well you said you wanted that, so sorry for that. Can't do anything about it." I want Alisha to understand that if she did this to her OWN daughter, think about how she would feel. I bet she does not want her daughter to feel like she is embarrassed to get out of the house or feel insecure about how she looks. Think about that. The owner did not want to hear me out either. Basically, told me "Sorry, too bad for you. Can't do anything for you." He even questioned about my trip to AZ and said "Hmm funny how you have a flight to AZ in a couple of days" thinking I was "lying" for some reason and made fun of it WHEN I LITERALLY GO TO SCHOOL THERE AND WHERE MY BUSINESS IS AS WELL. THAT IS MY MAIN LOCATION OF WHERE I LIVE BRUCE. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT TO BRUCE AND ALISHA and saying "Surre you have a flight to AZ" and I was even talking to Alisha about it during my appt. that I LIVE there and I have a BUSINESS RUNNING there. Bruce (Owner) was asking "When did you buy this ticket of yours??" "How far out in advance did you buy those tickets??" It was NOT necessary whatsoever to ask about my personal life. Unprofessional. To the owner: Actually PUT yourself in your customer's shoes. Stop being all 'Talk' when clearly you have NO RESPECT for your clients who PAYS your bills, PAYS for your "business" to keep up and running, PAYS for your salary and PAY your stylists that work for you. How would YOU feel if the business owner did NOT give one ounce of respect to you? How would you feel they talk to you the way YOU talked to me? Mr. Bruce, you have a business. A business who OFFERS and PROVIDES customer service. YOU are a salon. Think about how you would feel if you were treated this badly like I have. Do not want anyone else to be treated like this. Bruce. Get out of your own way and stop being so selfish over others and thinking you are better. Actually think before you say something. Have respect for others. Stop acting like you are on top of an imaginary pedestal that was never there. Alisha. Don't ever talk to a potential client like that. Actually take into consideration to talk to your customer who's paying you to do something for them. Consult and actually BE a stylist and DO what your customer tells you what they want. At least can tell them and ask what they think. When I was picking a salon to do my hair. I really thought I could trust and feel good about this place when clearly I was wrong.

    When Ariel was there she slayed my make up for a wedding -- super professional as well. Recently went for a haircut which exceeded expectations. Paola did an amazing job and left me with such lustrous locks. She's an amazing colorist as well. You'll be nothing but pleased with her work ethic and over all services. Follow up: Paola has now taken me the blondest, most neutral and healthiest blond I've ever been. I can honestly say I'm so happy with it. So many compliments Stating the obvious "your hair looks bomb." She's helped bring me such confidence to myself. I loveee her work.

    Here at Trends Salon I've been coming to see Veronica for my Brazilian wax and facials. I could not be happier with the service I receive from her which is why I keep coming back. Since the first time I came to Veronica for a Brazilian wax, she has made me feel so comfortable. Her area is very clean and she does such a great job! In regards to the facials I've had from her, she is so thorough with explaining what she's putting on your face and why. She asks you questions about your skin and goes from there. Today I ended my chemical peel with light stim and it was so awesome and relaxing for me! I just love how my skin looks right after a facial, so bright! There's no one else I'd recommend! You're the best Veronica

    Trends Salon is the only Salon I go to these days. My mom goes here and my sisters go here as well and we all can vouch that this salon has amazing hair artists. My lady, Paola, has been working with my hair for 5 months already. She started with a subtle balayage and now we are working our way on to going lighter. I feel safe with her doing my hair. She constantly watches over my hair and knows her craft. I'm more than happy that I found someone who truly makes my hair look and feel amazing. If you are looking for someone who takes her time and wants your "hair dreams" to come true I would go to her. It's worth it!

The esthetician requested that I paid 50% before service, and I chose to pay her in full, since I have never had a problem with a facial service/refund. I walked in to the room and saw dirty bowls/brushes in the sink and facial equipment just lying out. I made me felt very uncomfortable because I was planning to get a dermaplaning service and it felt very unsterile. Because she was an hour late and I felt unsafe, I decide to reschedule and have a refund. She has still not given me my money/refund back via Venmo even though I was not provided with the service.
