Ashton made me very comfortable and although I don't ever mind silence, we had something to talk about the whole appointment and the conversation was a vibe. My haircut came out exactly what I asked for and because of that I'm leaving a good review. Everyday I look at my hair and love it! Thank you Ashton :) Also someone else stepped in to do my fade. Can't see it in the pictures but she was so kind, correct me if I'm wrong but I think her name was Elizabeth? She is so kind and generous. The quality in the salon is 5 stars. From the sage, to the crystals, affirmations, dried rose petals in the bathroom, essential oils making the entire salon therapeutic. The vibe and energy was spot on if you're looking for a space with good energy and cleansing space to get your hair cut. A plus, is the crystals that they sell and the herbal handmade products. I bought the herbal face wash for $15 and Kristi the salon owner recommended one for me, I've been using it for three days and I love it! I shouldn't have booked because my experience only worsened. Their cancellation policy does not have a force majeure clause meaning even if you get Covid-19 your $100 deposit will be taken from you (and possibly more). I would have been a new client and notified my stylist as soon as I knew I had Covid. Due to the sickness manifesting outside of the cancellation policy my deposit was still taken. Usually the deposit and the entire fee of the service would be charged but regardless of the circumstances, even Covid which is out of everyone's control, there will be a significant fee if something out of your control causes it to be impossible for you to receive your service.
