I had a very disappointing experience at this balloon party supply store. The customer service was…read morerude and dismissive, and as a customer of color, I felt particularly disregarded. When I asked basic questions about party supplies, I was offered no assistance or guidance whatsoever. On top of that, the pricing felt excessive for the level of service provided. Customer service should feel welcoming and respectful, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. Because of this experience, I will not be returning or recommending this store. If you're looking for good-quality products, fair pricing, and genuinely kind, polite, and professional service, I highly recommend Balloon Saloon instead. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with respect and care. It's absolutely worth spending your money at a place where customers are welcomed and valued.

The woman who cashed me out was professional, knowledgeable and kind. The delivery came early and was delivered by a polite sweet young woman. We realized an hour later one of the large main balloons ordered was not included. I called mostly because I expected a refund since the delivery was to Thomaston from Waterbury. I got destiny on the phone when I called in, she placed me on a brief hold and then notified me she was going to uber the balloon to my friends home. She apologized numerous times and said it would be there in half an hour. I come from a customer service background and realize mistakes happen and given the distance expected a simple sorry and we will refund you the price of the large balloon. But within half an hour hour balloon was delivered and placed in the center of the event. Thank you! Highly recommend this store to anyone.

Simply put what make them special, besides the selection, is the welcoming and friendly folks. Everyone gets greeted, they checked in on what we needed. Last time we visited, we asked about small rolls of brown shipping paper to warp some for the boxes we had at home. What we saw was a HUGE roll. Other stores would have said, "no, sorry". This tore, "hold on, we will open this and cut/roll what you need". Awesome.
