Beware of doing business with Joseph and his wife at Wrap N Graphics.  My husband and I drove our…read moremotorhome to look at vinyl samples there.  We wanted to match the stripes we wanted to have put on our tow car, a Mini Cooper Coupe.  I chose the color and paid Joseph the full cost of 400 dollars so he would order the product and schedule an installation date.  The day of installation I asked to see the vinyl.  It was not close to the color I picked out.  He told me I had agreed on this color because the color I chose was not available. Not true.  Then his wife said she definitely remembered me changing my mind and choosing this color.  Not true.  By this time I just wanted a full refund but the contract I signed was air tight and Joseph refused to admit the color mistake was their responsibility. After communicating through a few emails the wife admitted they made a mistake with their color chart numbers but they still would not refund me and I would have to pay for the re-ordered correct vinyl.  If you do choose this business check, double check, and triple check the color vinyl that is ordered.  And read their lengthy contract that protects them even when it is THEIR mistake! We wanted to order shirts for our school and the company picked the color for us. Once I saw the mockup I realized that when they sent me the quote the color was already chosen so we would have to pay a restock fee if we wanted to change the color. It would be nice if they would show you how it would look before you are locked into anything and can make color changes. I would recommend KVPrint if your school district has them as a vender. They have better customer service.

I stated to the woman Sonia that I would be interested in possibly ordering some jackets if they corrected this mistake but she wanted me to purchase the jackets first before they would correct there wrong doing. I will never work with this company again and suggest others don't as they might do the same to you. This is not how you treat your customers! Lesson learned, I knew I shouldn't have taken her word for it and paid for the merchandise.
