The only way I could get back into my driveway was to drive across my lawn. I went over to talk with them, and said that I realized they had a job to do, but blocking off the whole street was not appreciated or appropriate. They said I could have gone the other way around.(Even though they still had the street blocked from the other side, and I still would not have been able to access my driveway) One problem with that is the fact that this is a dead-end road, and there is no other way around. As it was getting later in the day, and more people were trying to get to their homes, they directed other people to drive across my lawn to get around their truck. Yes, really. They never asked if that was ok with me, and there was no apology either. I can't speak to the quality of their tree service, but their people skills and common courtesy are definitely lacking.
