He installed exceptionally well a subfloor and new flooring on the south side the length of this modular home. Around the home he installed decorative siding that stops bug and small mammal incursions and new under siding vents that are keeping the critters at bay. Worried about any animals under the home still, he put in an electronic pest device to drive them out. More over, the cement patio drained toward the house and he repaired that.
