Kip (the owner) came out the same day to assess the damage and estimate cost. The very next morning he and his crew were on the job in the midst of occasional showers and light snow flurries until the job was done, AND WHAT A JOB THEY DID !! Not only did they do what work that was agreed upon they did more to assure the safety and health of all the trees involved. Later, they took the time to explain what was done and why they did it. So very professional. Because of the treed nature of our property if any tree issues should arise "Oregon Coast Tree Company" will be my go to guy.

Mix Co, is a registered General Contractor that worked for us on our home which had serious water…read moredamage and wood rot in the studs, drainage problems, and mold not to mention soaked wall insulation and floor water damage that the subfloor sustained and he had to remove cabinets and sub floor and then he rebuilt everything better than they did at the factory. He installed exceptionally well a subfloor and new flooring on the south side the length of this modular home. Around the home he installed decorative siding that stops bug and small mammal incursions and new under siding vents that are keeping the critters at bay. Worried about any animals under the home still, he put in an electronic pest device to drive them out. More over, the cement patio drained toward the house and he repaired that. Since he is a General Contractor he use tried and true craftsmen and when necessary other licensed sub contractors. Yes, this was expensive but we feel we got great value for our money and a home that will last through our retirement years
