My wife and i go and cut our own tree down every year. We've been doing it since we first got together, and she has done it her whole life. A few years ago, we discovered treetop acres. It's a family run tree farm, and they pride themselves on taking care of every tree on their property. It's impossible to come here and not find a beautiful tree, no matter what variety you choose. They provide the saws and sleds for their customers, and if you need anything while you are out in the fields, you can call the owner and he will come out to you. They give each group a laminated list of prices with their phone numbers right on it. They color code the trees with ribbon, and each ribbon corresponds to a price. This isn't the cheapest place around by any means, we usually spend at least $80 on our blue spruce, but they are beautiful and last a long time with proper watering. Helpful hints and tips: -they only accept cash! No cards taken here -no street parking -they provide string for you for tying it up on your car -they even sell tree stands! -you pay the woman in the pick up truck as the guys wrap your tree -if your cut isn't perfect for you, they will help you out when you go to cash out -wear some good boots, it can get really muddy-and look out for stumps! The only reason i can't give five stars is i wish they had more Christmas stuff here-Santa, poinsettias, wreaths, hot cocoa, cookies, etc. but what they do, they do really well.

My family has always believed in cutting down our own Christmas tree. We have been doing it for as long as I can remember. My parents have lived in Lockport for the past fifteen years now, but they just discovered this place a few years ago. They never looked back! We come here every year now for the family tree, and my husband and I come for our own tree as well. They manicure every tree on their lot, and it's impossible to pick out a bad one. The sections are clearly distinguishable. We always go for a blue spruce and they have a whole field of just those. The prices are denoted by the colored ribbon at the top of the tree, ranging from about $25 to about $100. If there is no ribbon, they will give you a price. They will cut your tree for you if you'd like, or you can cut it yourself. They offer sleds for pulling the tree. They bale the trees for you and have an awesome machine that shakes all the loose needles off for you. It's a great family run place and I'm never going anywhere else as long as I reside in WNY!

All trees were small barely any tree over 5 ft. Don't bother unless you want a small tree

My husband went there this morning to get a couple gallons of chemicals for our pool. He brought…read morethem up to the counter. The woman working there was on the phone and obviously seen my husband there and ignored him. She was "fiddling" with things around the counter while talking about friends on Facebook with the person on the phone. My husband, who had been been standing there for several minutes at this point asked if she could cash him out. She briskly stated "excuse me sir I'm on the phone with a customer ". and went on with the phone conversation. My husband left the chemicals on the counter and went to Tops and bought them. They were probably cheaper there anyway. Needless to say he won't go there any more

We turned to this company when the other service we used to open our pool didn't return calls…read more They're nice in the store but didn't seem very interested in fixing the problems we had nor were they interested in teaching us how to maintain our pool (using the pump, vacuum, etc.). Once when they came over I pointed out a crack in a hose and said I wanted to have that fixed. The guy said "we'll do it next year". What? That was in July. The hose is now completely broken and I don't want the pool to be closed with a broken hose. Then when my husband called to schedule the pool closing they told him they "always close that pool on XXX". Huh? That was when the former owners closed the pool. Hello? They don't live here. So then I stayed home the entire day they were supposed to come and they never knocked nor rang the bell but somehow there was a note on the front door telling me they couldn't access the pool to perform the service. Do NOT use these people unless you want serious aggravation.
