In addition we were met a the Nursery on several occasions, where each plant or vegetation was identified, clearly described, and more importantly chosen for the local climate conditions. Not being a full time resident required that some work be done without onsite verification. In each instance the work was performed as if we were there. Also Unique Landcare referred us to additional sub contractors for other specialties, and the results proved to be of similar quality. I found Unique Landcare to be reasonable in their bids and the warranty exceptional. I will not hesitate to use them again.....in this business, Iv'e found you get exactly what you pay for! He is friendly and easy to talk to and we discussed what we wanted and he offered some suggestions which we incorporated into our plan. He was quick to get us a written estimate and we said let's go! The first thing we did was take out our front lawn and put in turf. The crew and Arnold arrived on time and made quick work of taking out the grass and preparing the ground for the turf. We learned that it is quite the process but they had it done in 2-3 days and man does it look nice! We get compliments all the time and of course, are saving on our water bill. Win win. In addition he installed mow curbing which pretty reasonable and man does it change the look of the yard! Next we had him change the shape of a slope in the back yard and put in a block wall that has totally changed the look and usability of the yard. We have had neighbors us Arnold to pour cement and were also very thrilled with the work. Many thanks Arnold and his crew!

Carbajal Tree Service & Landscaping (formerly known !as AC Landscaping):…read more I contacted Audiel Carbajal (based on other peoples' recommendations) via text to see if they could help me out with two trees in our front yard that needed attention. One tree was looking very terrible (a variety of Palo Verdes) and per Audiel, needed an insect treatment. Both trees needed special tree fertilizer, and both needed what I like to call "creative tree pruning". I prefer a more natural "flowy" look and Audiel did just that with the other tree which is a true Palo Verdes. It was a work of art. He really has the talent (and skills) for this business. He has over 11 years pruning, tree care, palm trimming, and landscaping experience with another company. He and his adorable wife Jessica recently decided to start their own business. With his talent, and she by his side doing all the cleanup, customer care, and the business side of things, I know they will do well, especially with the support of our community. Definitely give them a call to have them take care of all your trees' needs. They give free estimates (a service I took advantage of, and honestly their prices were fair and reasonable, especially after seeing just how much work it actually is). I was surprised just how much work it is to "clean out" one tree and creatively prune another. They are both extremely pleasant and kind young people. Why not help a young married couple achieve their dreams and give them a call. Please see the photos of their business card and list of services, as well as a close-up of our diseased tree, which Audiel showed me a photo from the Internet of some of the yucky wormy invaders who were killing my tree. Then hopefully there's the photo of the beautiful pruning of the Palo Verdes that Audiel did. Real artistry. Jessica kept the work area spotless and overall the whole work area was left cleaner than they found it. They have returned several times to keep up the health of my tree and treat it with medicine and fertilizer. And i can really see an improvement month after month.. If you speak Spanish you can call Audial Carbajal directly at 1-760-590-2414, or for English or Spanish, you can call Jessica Diaz direct at 1-760-261-3580. Thank you. P.S. September 29th, 2026.Update. They come about every 3 to 4 weeks to tend to my trees, trim any deadwood, and treat the sick tree with more medicine, and it's showing great improvement. They are a treasure.

We just completed a major landscaping project with Leon's, as part of a larger house renovation…read more We found their prices to be competitive, (although certainly not as inexpensive as the 3 guys with a pickup your neighbors use to blow leaves around). Throughout the nearly 3-month project, Leon's professional and a pleasure to work with. They have their own equipment to move palm trees, gravel, etc so things get done efficiently. They also designed and installed a completely new irrigation system and LED lighting. I highly recommend Leon's. High-quality, professional and reliable.

Two years in a row, palm tree trimming was not completed by the date communicated, and there was no proactive update, explanation, or revised timeline. When I asked the HOA for a simple update, there still was no response. The issue is not just the delay, but the lack of communication and care for affected homeowners.
