Throughout the years Learning Time has had multiple Directors but the one who really stands out is Ms. Alex, she is very thorough, communicative and caring. My daughter knows all the teachers and TA's. Ms Dolly, Ms. Berna and Ms. Evonne have all been really critical parts in my daughters growth at this Daycare/School. I'm 100% satisfied either the care this school provides. I can tell they really value all their students and parents.

I drop my daughter off that Monday and when I picked my daughter up at 6:00pm I asked them if I could pay them on Wednesday when I get paid due To my money getting mishandled and getting charged 3 times. i also went on to add that I was a single parent doing this on my own so a hiccup on charging me 3 times by a accident is a huge deal! After talking with ms Shakira she informed me that it would be fine for me to send payment on Wednesday morning and I can continue to bring my daughter so I can work. I get a call from the same teacher on Tuesday morning at 7:00am stating that I can't bring my daughter in until they receive payment ! This was horrible for many reasons 1) I got informed of this at 7:00am I work at 8:30 this daycare opens at 6:00am I talked with ms Shakira at 6:00pm that previous day, if I couldn't bring my daughter in she should of let me know when I had that conversation with her.instead she gave me reassurance that it was okay for me to pay on Wednesday. the way this was handled was completely unethical and caused me to miss a day of work. if i was informed of this the night before when i had the conversation it would of been totally fine I understand it's a business and it needs to operate in a way that works for them. But the fact that I was told it was okay and then the next morning I get a last minute call saying I can't bring my daughter in until I pay was really inconvenient and display a manner on not having any morals

In my experience, asking reasonable questions resulted in being labeled as a "difficult parent." One of my biggest concerns was communication. There were occasions when my child came home with bumps or injuries that I was not informed about until the end of the day. As a parent, I believe these situations should be communicated immediately. Another concern is that the owner's children worked at the daycare for years while they were underage. Although they are now adults, I believe this reflects poor judgment regarding the operation of the business. The teachers themselves are kind, caring, and do their best with the children. My concerns are not with them--they work hard. My concerns are with the owner. In my experience, she presented one image to parents while handling concerns very differently behind the scenes. I also felt that protecting the daycare's reputation was prioritized over being transparent with parents. Before any claims are made about my account, I want to clarify that I paid my tuition every week. If I was ever late, I paid the required late fee, and I never left an outstanding balance. This review reflects my personal experience. Every parent deserves honest communication and transparency when it comes to the care and safety of their child.

Was not given a quality tour and was rushed and asked if I had any questions when I was only there for 30 seconds. I expected her to cry and need some time to get acclimated but she did really well the first two days, no crying and all smiles. Today, on her third day attending the center, my daughter has a tantrum and we were called at 9:30am after dropping her off around 9:10am to pick her up because she was crying uncontrollably, throwing herself back and pulled the director's hair. Once my husband arrived to pick up our daughter, we were told by the director that she was terminated immediately from the school because of her "intolerable behavior". Then we were given a form that states in their handbook that they have the right to dis-enroll a child without notice if their behavior is disruptive or threatening to the safety of other children or staff. This is my first time enrolling my baby in daycare and my heart is broken. Where is the grace? She is 1.5 and has never been away from her mom(I work from home) isn't it normal for her to tantrum? She had 2 great days of no crying, no tantrums, all smiles doesn't that count for anything? My conclusion, this daycare is not about educating your children. I feel bamboozled especially because of the name, how is this Christian like? I do not want any other mom or child to experience this so please stay away from this center!
