We hired Tree Musketeers to do three separate households. Everyone was satisfied with their work and responsiveness. The crew did a great job cleaning. The amount of trimming done was to our liking. We had Pepe's crew for two homes and another crew for the third home. Pepe's crew was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our trees were done and hauled away to the side of our home. The price was reasonable and in line with other high quality tree trimmers. The invoices were very thorough, showing all trees itemized and with an easy, contactless payment method. Please note that Josef was not available onsite but he did come and provide the quote and description on the tree trimming. I phoned the company last week and they promptly scheduled the service. They showed up on time and worked for two days to complete the job. Bad: Stay Away! I had been a repeat customer using them multiple time to trim my Oak trees. When I called them this time the owner quoted me a price that was almost 3 times as much as the last time. 300% increase in just over a year for a repeat customer- really. When I called the owner to ask what's going on he said his expenses had gone up: 300% in 1.5 years sure. Also the owner no longer has time to go out on bids and sends some one else. Don't look any farther. Josef (owner) came over and surveyed my trees. He was professional and polite. His quote was VERY fair. The men who came over to do the job were Pepe and Fernando. If I could give 10 stars for their service, I would! They were professional, careful, and had attention to detail that I have not seen in any other tree trimming company. They kept asking me if everything was OK, and I think they went over and beyond what they were supposed to do. Not only that, when they finished, they raked up my whole area under the trees and did not leave one single stick or leaf behind. To top things off, they got the leaf blower out and blew off the area in front of my house where the truck was parked, including my driveway and sidewalk and street. Are you kidding? I had three large trees that desperately needed grooming. I called several places, got a few estimates and not only did Tree Musketeer"s guys do a fantastic job, Josef's prices are very competitive. His trimmers were prompt, arrived exactly at the time we scheduled, they were knowledgeable regarding the different trees that I had them trim, sealing the oaks to save them from demise. We had used these guys in the past and they were reasonable and did a good job for the money. They have let it go to their head, now. I had a job on one tree to raise the canopy, maybe 10 or 12 branches. They had me send a picture of the tree and from that quoted $375.00. All correspondence including the quote was via email. I replied that for that much money they would do the job the way I wanted it, and to call me to set a date. They never called me. I bought an electric chainsaw for $43.00 from Amazon and did the job myself. You can buy a lightweight electric chainsaw on a pole that will reach fifteen feet up into the tree for less than $100 bucks and it will cut branches as big as 6 to 8 inches with ease. I didn't buy the pole version for my job as I have a 12 foot aluminum ladder and want to use the chainsaw for removing an overgrown hedgerow as well. Don't pay through the nose for tree pruning, especially if branches are less than 4". Those can go in the green bucket at the curb. read more

We recently had Tree Musketeers do a trim and clean up of our trees. The trees were overgrown, had a lot of dead branches, and all-in-all, were a mess.
