I compared three landscapers and their price was the most reasonable. The owner, Isaias, and his team were professional, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I had Isaiahs come over and clean up weeds maybe three times but the last time his worker hacked…read moreand broke with a shovel my irrigation line. But I didn't find out till later when the planter box was all flooded like a lake and overflowing like a river to the street. I found the broken PVC right where I instructed his worker to plant an agave fior me. When I told Isaiah's TFH Landscaping that his worker broke the sprinkler line, ISAIAHs said he would send the worker over to do the repair in a couple days which Isaias said was Tuesday, the worker never showed up. When I called him to say the worker never showed up he said he would come in a couple days and he personally will come and be there. Well Isaias never showed up. What's worse is he used to answer the phone on the first ring and was "always there for me" and even said "You know I am always here for you and I answer the phone". But after he didn't show up two times he wasn't answering the phone anymore .... ever. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. That deserves 1 Yelp star. So you think I'm going to do business with him if he doesn't even answer the phone ever? Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay. I never spoke to Isaias again because he didn't care to come back ad fix the broken pipe his worker hacked to pieces. That deserves 1 Yelp star don't you think? I have a new landscaper who has many solid 5 Yelp stars, and so far he has shown up every time I needed him, right on time, even when he squeezed me in. But I have no experience if he will show up to fix something he didn't do right, because nothing like that has happened so far.

First off , my dog passed away this weekend so I had quite a bit of dog items that needed to go. Ronnie gave his condolences from the second he messaged me with a price quote (only person to do so even though I requested a quote from 8 companies and all were told of my dogs situation). While that was a huge positive he was also super flexible and willing to work with my crazy schedule! Even helping when I needed to push an extra hour the day of the removal . On arrival 3 guys showed up and started moving so quick I was taking a double look ! They always confirmed what they were taking was correct and If there was anything else I needed for them to do . They finished up quick and the price was exactly as quoted . No hidden fees ! The icing on the cake of how amazing they are, is when the garbage can pick up came while they were there, and one of the men brought in the garbage and recycling cans ! Truly above and beyond !
