    This review is way overdue. Life got ahead of me. I'm sorry, Emil and Lisa!…read more I had my daughter's quinceañera at El Palacio Hall on March 14, 2026. We hosted 175 guests. When we first started looking for venues, we had a few specific things in mind, and flexibility was one of them. On our first visit in March 2025, we met with Emil, the venue owner. He was very welcoming, friendly, family-oriented, and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very transparent from day one. He never pressured us or made us feel obligated to choose everything the hall offered. All selections and packages were based on our budget and what we wanted to spend. When I walked into the venue, I was immediately attracted to the décor, high ceilings, and bar area. Everything was very clean, the white draping made the space feel even more open, and the floor plan was perfect. I knew I wouldn't have to do much. I did hire an outside vendor to help with the themed décor, but almost everything else, including the plating, was purchased through the venue. As the quinceañera date approached, we met the venue manager, Lisa. She became our go-to person for anything we needed. She was very attentive and made sure the event was a success and that everything looked beautiful on the big day. The day of the event, everything went very smoothly. We had a venue host who worked hand in hand with Lisa. I forgot his name, but he was very kind and helpful. I had many family members say, "This place is beautiful! I never knew this was here." No one had any issues with parking. The restrooms were well maintained throughout the event, the food was ready on time (we had the fajitas, beans, and rice which was very tasty), the serving staff was very efficient, and the air conditioning was blasting and felt great (the temperature that day was around 78-80 degrees). Every area of the venue was operating seamlessly. All-in-all I am very grateful to all the staff at El Palacio Hall because they helped make my daughter's quinceañera a success. I would definitely have another event there again.

Our family and friends haven't stopped talking about how beautiful, elegant, and welcoming the space was. The venue exceeded all of our expectations and created the perfect setting for such a special celebration. A very special thank you to Crystal & Paula, who were incredible from beginning to end. They were organized, patient, responsive, and truly cared about making sure every detail came together perfectly. Her guidance and professionalism made the planning process so much easier, and I am so grateful for all of her hard work. I also want to recognize Felipe and the security team for their professionalism and kindness throughout the evening. Along with the bar attendants and the rest of the staff, everyone was attentive, welcoming, and dedicated to making sure our guests had a wonderful experience.     I'm revising my review based on the comment below…read more I was wrong in the place I was reviewing. This was a different wedding, and she's right my that it rained. I was wrong. However, the wedding at this place had a different issue, which was worse than bad food. There was rain. After the ceremony, we all went to the tent to find our seats. My wife and I were seated at a table. When we got there, someone moved my placard from the table to another one a few tables away, because they wanted someone from thae other table to sit with them. My wife and I complained and the person who moved the placard told us to fuck off. We spoke to the person from the venue. She did not want to confront them and tell them they were wrong. She asked us to wait. So while people got their first course, we stood outside. As people were served their second course, we were told we could sit at a table that did not have two adjacent seats. We declined. We spoke to the bride and groom and apologized. The wedding coordinator did not understand why we didn't want sit at a table without sitting next to each other while the main courses were being finished We left. So the comment was right. This wad the wedding where there was rain. I mistakenly believed this was the place with the bad food. It was the place where they wouldn't do anything about the seat being moved and told us to deal with it. I wasn't going g to comment on this place because we were treated so badly. When it popped up on my list, I mistakenly believed it was the nice place with bad food. Nope. This was the place that let people change our seats, let them tell us to fuck off, and then told us to sit apart at a table when the meal was almost over. She's right. I was wrong.

The security staff he assigned the day of were also very kind, welcoming, willing to assist if need be, which made both me and my guests feel comfortable throughout the event. It really added to the overall positive atmosphere. The venue itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and very spacious. It was the perfect setup for our party, and everything flowed so well. The outdoor patio was also such a great bonus, we had tacos set up out there, and it became a fun hangout spot where guests could relax and enjoy themselves. So many of my guests complimented the space and even mentioned they'd love to host their own events here in the future. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stylish and well-managed place to host an event!

It was served on time as planned. Food was actually pretty good, liked the pasta the most. We provided the liquor and alcohol. We purchased the bartender and security. At first I was reluctant to book because it is pricer than a community center, etc. After some thought we went for it, the venue is beautiful, so modern, and really doesn't need much decor because the venue is so pretty. Everyone loved it, kept asking us how did we hear about this place. Sam assisted us with the process. They have a Bartender, security, and one thing I really loved was that they cleaned/cleared the tables. This was such a plus, made the process of cleaning so much easier. It was really stress free, If you can and want to book this venue, I say to it!
