We've been using Treasure Limo over the past six months whenever we travel, and the service we receive has been perfect every time. Eje and her husband are the owners and personally ensure that the customer experience is the best, often driving us themselves. Every aspect of arranging and receiving transportation from Treasure has been stress-free and comfortable. Their team is professional, friendly helpful and reliable! Their vehicles are pristine. Their service is punctual, even arriving early each time. Their price is the most competitive. Their payment terms and methods are so convenient. Upon our return flight, they've been tracking our flight and waiting for us in the cell phone lot...so no long wait at the airport curb to be picked up....when we are eager to get home. That alone is worth every penny. It is a pleasure to be a customer of Treasure, and we look forward to many more rides with their company in the years to come. They set the bar in limo transportation. We love it!!! Sincerely, Tim Reynal Tierrasanta San Diego, CA read more

Thanks guys for your awesome service! I have used your services a number of times and have to say that you have set the bar for what to expect with regards to professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and even very reasonable cost. I have used other limo services in San Diego and without a doubt your's is the best. Whether traveling on business or for personal reasons, I continue to rely on your fleet of friendly and professional drivers and have referred you to friends --- something that I would only do if I felt confident that you could consistently deliver top notch customer service. Thanks again! Jose read more

I have used their service several times. Each one was easier than before. Professional service, friendly and helpful drivers... Really comfortable and clean cars and SUVs. My last experiance was LAX to San Diego. The driver was at the airport on time. Helped me with my lagguage. It was a very safe and comfortable trip to SD. It is also easy to book. They help me with the time management to be at the airport before the time you should be. read more

Our company has been using Treasure Limo for our CTO's professional and personal airport travel for more than 5 years and we have never had an issue with a negative impact. Our typical travel includes trips to/from 4S Ranch to the San Diego airport or to LAX. While the cost is more than using a ride share option, the service is impeccable, your driver is always waiting for you early and your executives will be happy that there was a car ready to whisk them away to the airport. I highly recommend using Treasure Limo for all of your transportation needs. The customer service is exceptional! read more

AMAZING experience - A++!! I recently used Treasure limo for a ride to and from my home in Oceanside to the San Diego airport. I was traveling for business. I found the company's website through a Google search. The website was very professional looking and easy to navigate. Although I had the option to make a reservation online, I opted to call the reservation number and speak with a live person. The person I spoke with was courtesy, friendly and listened to my needs. She was very helpful and I booked both a pick up and a return at the same time. I received email confirmation of my reservations within minutes of speaking with her. On my pick up day, the driver arrived 15 minutes early, he was friendly, professionally dressed and very nice. The car (Sedan) was in perfect condition and very clean. I arrived at the airport earlier than I expected and did not feel rushed. On the return from my trip, the flight was late arriving. The driver called me when my plane landed to tell me he was there and asked if I needed any assistance with my bags. This was a huge relief because in the past, with other company's the driver was not there. Within minutes of leaving the baggage claim area, I was getting into the waiting car (Ford Expedition). The driver was very friendly, professionally dressed, nice and the car was in perfect condition and very clean. I travel quite frequently for business and I am delighted to say I have found my transportation provider. The rates are very competitive and fair and the service I received was spectacular. Thank you Treasure Limo!!! read more

I have been using their service for the last 6 months now. They are always on time. That's the most important thing for me. Cars are new and clean all the time. Drivers are respectful and friendly. This is a easy to work with company. I recommend them. read more

They are best in the town! I reserve ride from san diego to lax and they were really panctual and very professional. Car was really clean and price is very reasonable and competitive! read more

unreliable. They are supposed to call to confirm a reservation, but that never happens. Both times I've called back to confirm they advise they actually don't have any cars available. Total waste of time - you are better off paying a little more and going with a more reliable company. read more

Excellent service. Highly professional at all times. Drivers always arrive early, are very helpful with loading and unloading luggage. Communicate well on email and text when at the airport waiting to pick you up. I highly recommend them to companies and individuals. Receipts are well put together and tip is included, but identified separately on the invoice which makes it perfect for all. Vehicles I have been picked up in are late model Black Town car and a late model Black Suburban. Both where clean and well cared for. read more

When we fly out of LAX we normally use shuttle service.  This time we decided to try a car service and it was the best transportation decision!  After booking the flight I decided to do a little search found Treasure Limo's website and decided to give them a try.  First of all the lady that picked up the phone was really polite and answered all my questions patiently.  She recommended car type, pick up time etc.  I was convinced so booked round trip transportation right away. On the day the driver arrived on time in a real nice new SUV, he was very polite and professional, helped us load our luggage and we were on the road in no time.  There was some traffic but we avoided it by taking toll roads and carpools so we were at the airport right when we wanted to be.  On the way we had a chance to chat with our driver, he was very funny and knowledgeable so we had a joyful ride.   I was more concerned for the return however as soon as we land we received a text from our driver informing he was waiting for us at the cellphone lot and will come pick us up once we are ready.  I called him while walking out of the building and he came right away; for our luck it was the same driver. I will recommend Treasure Limo to all my friends and keep using them for all future reservations including San Diego now that I know their easy booking process, on time drivers, quick rides to airport and more importantly no waiting for others since they are a private chauffeured service. read more

I had never booked a car service before but we were celebrating my husbands birthday. From the price quote to the actual event the staff was amazing, friendly and professional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable all around a joy and will definetly refer to family and friends. read more

I have used this service a few times now. My first experience was on NYE downtown. Had a such a great experience. If anyone knows how CRAZY it gets downtown after 2am on NYE you know how difficult it is to get a cab. Streets are insane. I planned this year and tried this service. I was picked up on time by a friendly driver. I was extremely happy. BTW, the girl on the phone, I forget her name, but she always answers has always been kind and professional even when I kept changing locations and time. The next time I used was when I decided to fly out of Tijuana, Mexico. I have the town car pick us up in Hillcrest area and drop us off at the border. Driver was on time, again very friendly and professional. I will CONTINUE to use this service time and time again :) read more

First time user and won't be the last. Reasonably priced, polite driver, on time for pick up for trip from Vista to LAX with a return pickup scheduled for 3 weeks later. He kept us informed of his timing and was waiting for us as we exited the terminal for home. He DROVE LIKE A RESPONSIBLE ADULT making the trip both ways very relaxing and worry free. Highly recommend. read more

Great price amazing service. The driver was on time and the whole experience was smooth. Will definitely use them again.

We arranged for a pickup at LAX, scheduled for 7:30 PM. Flight delayed to 10 PM, but no problem - they tracked the flight and were there within 5 minutes of our clearing customs. Uneventful ride back to San Diego, would definitely use them again! read more

I have used their service on three separate occasions and every time they have been reliable, on time and professional. Rates are good; cars are clean and well maintained. Drivers are always courteous and respectful and most importantly they drive in a safe manner. I will continue to use Treasure Limo every time I am in San Diego. read more

The three paragraphs following the first of Ms. Y's retort are false statements. Consider this, Yelpers: do you want a service you have expressed disappointment with here to call YOU at HOME to try and change your input?? read more

I used this service because of the high ratings. They started off by reserving the wrong day for me after I provided correct days on-line. At the airport, I had to call three times to get my driver to pick me up, about a half hour delay. The ride from the hotel to the airport showed up 20 minutes after the scheduled time, which took another 3-4 calls from me. Luckily I had a PreTSA boarding pass. The hotel concierge couldn't believe the lack of professionalism. All their other cars arrive 15-30 minutes in advance. read more

Excellent service. My family used for a drive from Carlsbad to LAX and back home. On time pickup, Clean SUV. Professional driver. Pickup from LAX was great. Driver had sign when we came out of baggage claim and helped carry our bags to the waiting SUV. Will definitely use them again for driving to/from LAX. read more

great service, best prices . Wiill use again, mostly because of the lesser fares. Two issues, not huge, but.... at one in the morning you really want to get home and the driver was relying soley on a GPS and it was taking a really long way , out of the way home. I had to direct him , This was not a shortcut mind you, it was the way home. But that's ok, no real biggy. Secondly, the car smelled of cigarrette smoke. Nasty. I wanted to say something at the time, but didn't. Mind you this was the second time I had used them and I did not experience the smoke issue or the driver not knowing his way around issue first time. I will use them again. but next time I will be sure to mention ""no smoke" please ahead of time. You could tell the driver had sprayed something in the car to cover up the smell. Otherwise , the pros outway the cons , if price , time and courtesy are important to you ! read more
