She had such a wonderful experience there, and from the very beginning, WOW felt like family. All of the teachers know the children so well, and you can really tell how much they care. Jeannine is incredibly involved! Whenever there's an event, she is always there and fully engaged. That means so much to us as parents. Now my younger daughter is attending WOW, and she is also having an amazing time. She is learning so much from her teachers and is always happy to be there. Everyone is kind, caring, and supportive. I looked at many, many daycare centers before deciding on The Learning Experience in Bag Ridge. I…read morestared sending my son when he was three months old; staff made me feel confident that he was in good hands, which a new mom always needs! The location has an outdoor play space, which was important to me, as well as an indoor place place for days with less than ideal weather. Classrooms are bright, clean and child-oriented, and weekly schedules are posted for parents. I love the weekly art that gets sent home. Staff is responsive and warm, and the adults are familiar with each child. It's always a warm morning welcome. My work requires an early morning start, so early drop off times were a must- TLE meets this (very) important requirement. When looking into daycare, it was important that my child was stimulated as an infant, but also that this would continue throughout the years I plan on keeping him in the center. The curriculum presented for older children seems cognitively demanding and the way the entire center is run is worth the price I pay :)

They just want you to come in for a tour this is false advertisement. Don't say you're gonna give someone a price quote and then turn around and say you don't discuss price online LOL being a parent your time is very limited as it is and you telling me you want to give me a tour without telling me a general price is wasting more of my time

It's been caring for and teaching kids in Bay Ridge literally for generations - the founder was the mom of the current director, Kim Pomaro ("Ms. Kim"), and Kim's daughter, Aimee, is the head teacher in one of the two classrooms. I don't quite know how to articulate all the ways Tiny Tots is great, but the Pomaros are just kid people, and so are the other fantastic teachers there (who my son had), and they've create a wonderful kid-oriented culture. It's nurturing and warm, and they also expect kids to learn things - like how to write their name - that they'll need to know in Kindergarten. Here's an example of what makes Tiny Tots special: this spring after the school year ended with 3 months of remote learning, they held a socially distanced, one family at a time, "graduation" ceremony to mark the end of the year and give the kids a sense of completion and achievement. At the ceremony and again on the last video class the next day, most or all of the teachers had tears in their eyes, sad to see the kids go, and proud of how they'd grown. My family will always remember Tiny Tots with great affection and I can't recommend them highly enough.

The environment is so warm, the staff is professional yet caring and caters to each and every child's individual needs with the utmost care for their development and growth as both students and little humans. My daughter RUNS to school and hugs all her teachers upon entering and leaving. This establishment has been in business since the 1930s and serving our community for that long for a reason: they care. They are a family-run school and treat each and every student and parent like extended family. I cannot give them enough stars or recommend them more highly!

This makes getting an intensive workout in difficult when it comes to the pool, they need to enforce the rules. If people constantly have to pass you in a lane, you don't belong in a fast lane. Second issue is the gymnasium, you barely have time to play your favorite sport. They will dedicate hours of time to useless sports like tennis, soccer, pickleball? It's very inconvenient and not worth it. One thing I did like is the Sauna, the Sauna I had no problems with, it was never full and it does its job.
