It broke within 35 days the store was very unhelpful because I didn't purchase a protection plan, I didn't purchase the plan because I've had the same chain since I was a baby going 43 years and I've never had any issues so purchasing the same carat gold in a nicer chain. That's even thicker. I didn't think I would have an issue I've now had to have the chain repaired four times. It has broken four times. I don't understand how a chain that cost $750 with no charms and is not used for daily wear would break four times until today. I took a look at the chain under a magnifying glass on its break today and realized that none of the links are soldered every single link is open and just compressed closed over the next one which for $750 is completely unacceptable. A customer should be told that they're being sold a completely open link chain because with any small tug on this it breaks the chain looks like absolute trash because it's repaired so many times and it is just a year old, which I don't even consider a real amount of time because it spent so many weeks at jewelers getting repaired and is now treated as something that can only be worn on special occasions because it breaks so consistently. You sell things like this and don't notify customers. I've spent over $300 having this repaired and it now looks like total trash. Do your research before you buy a chain here make sure the links are actually closed or prepared to pay to have it fixed constantly.
