Friday came and went with no call. On Tuesday August 26th, ONE WEEK LATER, I spoke to Jaime . She told me that someone tried calling me to pick up my vehicle on Thursday AND Friday. But funny... I had No calls from the business on my call log. "Maybe" they used an alternate number ? She then proceeded to tell me that they were still working on payment through my insurance?!?! I then called my insurance and was told there was no correspondence on my account since the first payment in January. So I called Jaime and relayed what my insurance rep told me. She then says I can pick the vehicle up on Wednesday August 27 BEFORE 10. (30 DAYS) TODAY at 8:02 I get a call from Derek of street image telling me they need to push the time to 12:00 because they need to "ALIGN" the vehicle ?!?! What happened to someone "TRYING" to call me on the 21st and 22nd ? I don't know ? "MAYBE" it's normal for body work to take 60-90 days ? But a phone call or email with updates WOULD have been nice.
