It only took about 30 minutes to get our punctured tire serviced!…read more They took our car in right away, assessed the damage, and recommended either putting on the spare and letting the owner handle it or replacing the tire with a new one for about $123. Since this is a rental car and not mine, I called the owner to let him know what was going on. He asked if he could call in the payment, and thankfully, they were able to accommodate that. We waited in the waiting area, where I was even able to enjoy some complimentary Keurig coffee while we waited. The service was not only great, but FAST! I really appreciated being able to come in and get everything taken care of in less than an hour. We were honestly worried it was going to take a while, especially since they were closing in about 15 minutes, but they got us taken care of so quickly. I'll definitely be coming back to this location for any of my future car maintenance needs. Lord knows I've had enough car issues over the past year and a half of living here! Really appreciate the quick, friendly, and accommodating service.

We've been coming to discount wheel and tire for about 2yrs now, maybe more, and usually we've had…read moregreat experiences. This last visit was disappointing; we scheduled our truck for an oil change, tire rotation, and requested a tire patch in our front left wheel since we could visibly see a screw in it and it had a slow leak (we'd have to fill it every 3-4 days). After the service they confirmed the oil change was done, the tires were rotated, and the tire was patched. Drove home. The next morning I decided to check the tire pressure just to see, and the tire was at 27psi, (supposed to be at 45psi) the lowest it's ever been. And it was still the front left tire. So not only did they NOT rotate the tires, our tire is now leaking air even faster than before we took it in. Called to explain the tires clearly weren't rotated and the leak is even worse. The service rep apologized and said someone would call me back. It's been 2 days and still haven't gotten a call. Don't know if there's new management, but this is not the service we've grown accustomed to over the years bringing our vehicles in here for their twice yearly maintenance.

I called the business on Tuesday August 19, 2025 (24 WORKING DAYS after I dropped my vehicle off ) and was told the vehicle would be ready by Thursday the 21st or Friday the 22nd . Friday came and went with no call. On Tuesday August 26th, ONE WEEK LATER, I spoke to Jaime . She told me that someone tried calling me to pick up my vehicle on Thursday AND Friday. But funny... I had No calls from the business on my call log. "Maybe" they used an alternate number ? She then proceeded to tell me that they were still working on payment through my insurance?!?! I then called my insurance and was told there was no correspondence on my account since the first payment in January. So I called Jaime and relayed what my insurance rep told me. She then says I can pick the vehicle up on Wednesday August 27 BEFORE 10. (30 DAYS) TODAY at 8:02 I get a call from Derek of street image telling me they need to push the time to 12:00 because they need to "ALIGN" the vehicle ?!?! What happened to someone "TRYING" to call me on the 21st and 22nd ? I don't know ? "MAYBE" it's normal for body work to take 60-90 days ? But a phone call or email with updates WOULD have been nice. Update: Picked up my car. No apologies for having my vehicle beyond the promised 15-20 working days. Work is nice upon initial review But...
