Reviewing for safety check only. I called and set up an appointment for 10 am, they said the morning was "wide open". When I got there at 10am they said my appointment was at 1:30pm. Ok. "Then do you have walk in available or earlier appointments?" They said no you'll have to come in at 1:30pm. Zero accommodation. The old man who does the safety check is so incredibly rude and lazy. Also had to go in bc I wanted to get my brakes checked for any damage after a hose leak I had. Bryan checked my wheels and said everything looks good. I have to say, after almost 30 years of coming here, I had to take one star off for the lady telling me, next time, I should make an appointment instead of just dropping in. Yeah, I'll make sure to plan the next unexpected flat accordingly. I kinda wasn't thinking about stopping on the side of the road to call and make an appointment as the air leaked out and then I would have even worse problems. I wasn't even complaiining about the undetermined wait time -- one hour or three? She couldn't tell me, but I didn't make a fuss, just chilled out. But her final words, call to make an appointment next time -- pffft, fo' days -- next time? Came here for a safety check and it was fast and efficient. The reason for the 1stars is because of Lorraine. Her customers service is less than one star. She asked my husband if his truck was OPEN and he responded yes because it was OPEN. Then the tech came in and asked my husband for his keys and she decided to say rudely "I just asked him if his keys were in his car and he said yes" SHE DID NOT ASK HIM THAT. Then she thought it would be ok to SHOO him away with her hands. I didn't appreciate her action and the way she treated my husband. We will not be back. I took my 2016 Toyota RAV4 to get an estimate for a brake job. The employees were kind, proficient and got me in an out in 15 minutes. They emailed me an estimate within an hour. The quote was $1600.00 to replace brake pads, rotors & calipers. The lady I spoke to said the company requires the calipers to be replaced. I've never had to replace calipers so I posted on a fb page for car enthusiasts and received numerous responses from mechanics that calipers should last the life of the car unless there is a failure. I got a second estimate sight unseen over the phone from a local shop based on just pads & rotors for $1100. I was more than pleasantly surprised when the brake job was completed and I was charged $860. Only one tire needed the rotor replaced. Its unfortunate the corporate management at The Tire Warehouse chooses to goug people especially during these hard times when everyone is struggling with high inflation. read more

Told him there was no tires for him just because she told him to wait for her and don't move,and another lady that was working there told him to park ,so he just did what the other lady told him and parked and the owner opened the door of our tuck(which is considered as private propriety) like crazy screaming in front of everybody embarrassing my husband in front of everybody ..this is the last time we ever go..we have a business and used to buy frequently but not anymore..he should have call the police!!
