I paid the $195 service fee and called Rick, who said he would look around to see if the parts were available. After getting no call back I called him again he confirmed that the parts were not available but that he would see if he could find a bike and give me credit for the service call. I have not heard anything from him at all. This doesn't leave a good impression.

They assumed me technician would be present at 8 am sharp again. Gave me number for technician. No showed again. Technician didn't answer. This time Gym Precision said the technician was changed. 45 minutes later a different technician showed up in spite of me spending a lot of time explaining why I needed someone there at 8 am and them saying they would be twice. They are not communicating with customers in a way that provides good service or doing anything to ensure technicians arrive on time or communicate when they wont.
