While I did get a good price on the machine, a good price isn't particularly relevant if you never see the product you purchased. It took Treadmill Outlet a couple of weeks to get the order staged for pickup, and the transit company they are using has been unable for some reason to confirm a delivery date with us. We are located a four hour drive from the Treadmill Outlet, so this service is absolutely inexcusable.

I was looking to upgrade the treadmill during the pandemic. The best part was when I called in with…read moremy requirements, Chris shortlisted the best of the lot (Matrix and Precor in my case) and guided me with options since there are so many choices out there to make from. It was then super easy and helpful to narrow down on the treadmill I needed. Treadmills are pretty heavy and we don't normally change them often. I think a good guidance is the key here, so we can focus on other things in life. He also recommended me to install a dedicated 20W power outlet for the longevity of machine (which was as per the manufacturer's recommendation) and a good quality mat with link to purchase from. I see how he cares for the customer and provides valuable data for us to decide on. Chris also offered me a good price for trading in my old treadmill. The price is unbeatable. All treadmills are serviced and as good as brand new for a fraction of the price. I did walk in to a showroom for a brand new machine which was much more expensive (after all discounts) for a lower level model. Chris also came by twice to install the treadmill and then the mat, as the mats were not in yet. I can't thank Chris enough for this machine. There is also warranty coverage and service available after the warranty expires. That's a complete package I would say.

We made an appointment for today and Tim showed up in the designated time frame and fixed that bad boy! It was a mere $189 for the service call. Well worth the time and money to get our treadmill back up and running. He even gave us a few tips for dealing with the issue which was greatly appreciated!
