They assumed me technician would be present at 8 am sharp again. Gave me number for technician. No showed again. Technician didn't answer. This time Gym Precision said the technician was changed. 45 minutes later a different technician showed up in spite of me spending a lot of time explaining why I needed someone there at 8 am and them saying they would be twice. I was able to try a bunch of paddles over the course of a couple months at no extra cost in the end other than the cost of the paddle you end up buying. They have demos of every paddle they sell and they carry pretty much every major paddle from all the main brands and a few I've never even heard of. I'm so glad I did this because I actually ended up finding a paddle that would have never been on my radar otherwise. Finding the right paddle for my style has absolutely elevated my game. So many people throw hundreds of dollars blindly on a paddle they've never tried. Im glad I didn't do that as I'm now more confident in every part of the court with the right equipment for me. You get so much more for your money when shopping at a place like this. On top of the obvious value here, their customer service is top notch. They had great communication throughout all of my demos and were really helpful making sure I was able to try every paddle I wanted in a timely manner. Why anyone would blindly buy a paddle they've never tried online when a place like this exists blows my mind.

I thought something happened to my rear suspension, but when I got home and was walking up our stairs, I looked back and realized the crossbar was completely detached. Sorry to whoever was driving behind me that might have caught a stray screw. Fast-forward to today. I had some of the parts, but definitely not everything. I walked into The Rack Spot with the crossbar in hand, and Joe came out from whatever he was working on in the back of the shop , I think it was some Tesla garbage , and completely stopped what he was doing to help me out. He found the part I needed and had the crossbar installed within minutes. He also recommended getting some locks for towers, installed those too, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Thanks so much, Joe! Sounds like everyone at The Rack Spot has been killing it for years, and I can see why. Shops like this are slowly disappearing, so when you find one that actually takes care of people, they deserve to be spotlighted. Thanks, Joe..

With a family of five and now traveling with extra sports equipment, cramming everything into our SUV just isn't realistic anymore. We already had crossbars and tower attachments, but weren't sure they were the right fit. We were considering a Thule storage box but didn't know which size would work best, so I brought to them a mix of borrowed parts from friends to test things out before buying. Mike was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. He walked us through Yakima vs. Thule components, explained the differences and similarities, priced out multiple options, and made sure we understood exactly what would fit our vehicle. He also let me know that they price match if that was a concern for me. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping us get the right setup. After realizing Thule was the better direction, I returned for updated estimates -- and again, Mike delivered exceptional service. The day before our trip, I went back to purchase the Thule towers, and JP provided the same top‑tier experience. He showed me how to assemble everything, made sure the locks were installed correctly, and ensured I felt confident using the equipment. I'm truly grateful for the expertise, honesty, and customer care The Rack Spot provided. If you're considering bike racks, storage boxes, or any vehicle rack system, I highly recommend this shop.
