I thought we were really running late and were going to l be rushing to get in before doors closed but we got in with 20 minutes to spare. Getting through security was a breeze. Allied Universal did a great job getting people through efficiently. I had a clear bag so they didn't even have to search through it. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the security at the door to the usher who helped us find our seat. We purchased our ticket on Ticketmaster and they were super easy to quickly pull up and scan using the Apple Wallet feature. The show was fantastic and Josh Johnson was hilarious. I do recommend that if you want to buy merch or have to use the bathroom you do so before the show ends because it's quite chaotic with everyone trying to leave at the same time. The location of the men's bathroom on the second floor goes against the flow of the crowd of you're on the first floor like we were. All in all though I highly recommend this venue and would not hesitate to see a show here again.

They are very clean and have lots of great classes offered for different age groups. Parking is directly across the street with is convenient. The bathrooms are very clean and have a baby changing table. They are following social distancing precautions for the parents. They have spaced out chairs numbered for parents to wait, only one parents allowed. They have a limited amount of gymnastics apparel for purchase. The young lady at the front desk is always nice. As far as social distancing goes for the children (3-4 year olds), kids will be kids and get in each-others faces, this age group isn't required to wear face masks and it is hard to keep them properly distanced even with the instructors guidance and dividing the children into smaller groups. Hand sanitizer is provided to each child when they enter the building and when they exit. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because my child's main instructor does not appear to have the appropriate training on how to properly interact with children. She does not have the teaching or leadership skills needed for small children. Her patience runs thin and I did not like her tone with the children or the way she spoke to them. I chose to withdraw my child for this very reason.

She worked with me slowly at first to figure out what muscles were tight or loose, how to balance the imbalances, and then helped me with my strength and flexibility. She worked with me at the pace my back would allow. Now, my core is so much stronger, my whole body is more toned, and I look forward to every class and training session. Everlea is kind but firm, her exercises are varied and challenging, and my body feels so much improved.
