Came in to see a rope chain. Was treated with respect by Steve Vargas. Really appreciated his help and made me feel welcome! Hes a good one!

This was my first time making a purchase with Trax, I had some questions about lab vs natural diamonds. Not only was i surprised about their knowledge but the customer service was amazing. I got a custom diamond pendant and chain and I love the job they did. Thanks again Ryan!!!! I will be back! read more

$1500 for $75 worth of silver is just straight up ridiculous. silver is worth 1.42 cad and at 56.23 grams for the one necklace you have and you want $1500?? it's only worth $75 in silver, and if your charging for the labour then $150-$200 MAX read more

I had custom ordered a men's diamond ring back in December and received ring in beginning of January.  Was not happy with some of the quality (milky spots and feathering) on some of the stones and returned the ring.  The Trax associate I was in contact and dealing with was Amy.  The ring was returned to have the stones replaced.  It took about a month and half to get the ring back.  When I  did receive the ring the stones were of a much better quality and all had individual GIA certifications. I was very happy they way ring looks and sparkles.   Amy was always in contact me when requesting updates.  This was the second purchase from Trax and they came thru with flying colors.  Like to give Amy a special shout out for keeping me in the loop and getting the ring I envisioned. read more

I purchased a 3.5ct diamond ring a year ago. Took it to my local jeweler to get cleaned and he told me that its nowhere near 3.5ct and actually measured 1.75ct and was underweight of what was quoted for me. I had to send it back and demand my money back. These guys are crooks and this guy max is a cornball. I have had 2 similar experiences with traxnyc just like this. Go to a real jeweler read more

UPDATE! So after a month of waiting for my bracelet i finally get it in to my possession only to find out the sent me a 10k gold bracelet when I ordered a 14k. I have reached out to multiple people like Ankur who was my jeweler and even his supposed boss and have yet to find a resolution to my problem and it seems like they are just ignoring me at this point. These guys are extremely unprofessional I would not recommend anyone do business with them at all. Save yourself the money and go to an actual reputable jewelry store and not this social media jewelry store. Purchased a Diamond gold Cuban bracelet and was told it would be ready in a about two weeks. It is now going on almost a month now and still nothing. This is a piece i really wanted to have in time for my birthday and I feel like i was duped in to purchasing the bracelet by being led to believe it would be here in time. Very unprofessional read more

If you buy jewelry from anywhere else you're nuts. Trax gives you better pricing, better quality, more carat weight, and a better experience than you are going to find anywhere else. We bought a Rolex, custom-designed 5 carat wedding ring, 3 ctw earrings, and a custom-designed diamond cross. Melisa was amazing to deal with. it's wild that my jeweler is the same jeweler as Pauly D. I spent 10% of what Paul D spent on his new chain but I was treated like royalty! Thanks again! read more

Melisa was very informative, patient, and kind. I am loving my new chain. Will 100% be back for a pendant soon. Thank you. read more

Crooks, just like all the other jewelry stores on that street. I received a ring that was under the stated weight and when I reached out to them about my concerns, they called me "broke" for complaining about missing gold weight. They won't respond after they take your money. I would definitely shop elsewhere I would give 0 stars if I was allowed to do so. Thanks for ripping me off read more

I understand covid has dismantled a lot of companies and put a halt on a lot of orders.. I waited 4 months for an order that never came what's funny is that I paid lay-a-way on a ring for over a year and here's the best part!!! THEY NEVER EVEN HAD THE RING IN STOCK!!! I've had multiple conversations with people saying that the "order was finished"or "it's in the shipping stages just waiting" or " be patient it's in the way" So now I want my money back!! And it's been weeks!!! Never again!! read more

Although I had some concerns about ordering a $2400 bracelet online they responded quickly to any chats, emails and telephone. Once I got the tracking number it only took 1 day to ship it to CA from NY. The owner is the most disrespecting person I've ever met in my life. I wasn't going to write anything about this incident that happened to me because I was just over it and it's not like it's going to affect his business. But i recently was passing by his shop and saw him outside being disrespectful to a client or staff. Like how miserable do you have to be to talk to people like that. I came to his store because it was highly recommended to me by a few members of my football club.. I was going to pick out an engagement ring so I brought my younger cousin with me. I was looking around and my cousin was touching ONLY the rings that were being handed to us. my cousin who has Down syndrome and a Essential tremor, would drop the ring on the counter. But there's was this vinyl layer that would catch it and nothing gets scratched or dinged up. I Hear this guy in the back "what the fuck are you doing letting that RETARD touch my stuff and drop it. What if that RETARD broke something. It's coming out of your pocket." Someone came out of the back and made eye contact with me and i just knew he felt upset because He knew I heard the whole thing, but I already felt disrespected and was very pissed and all I wanted to do is speak to that guy. I felt humiliated because everyone in the store was looking at my cousin and I. They all knew that he was talking about my cousin. I literally started to tear up because my cousin did not know what was going on. They told me he was busy and was under a lot of stress he didn't even bother to come out. Honestly it bothers me even more that some of his staff would protect this scum. The way he presented himself and talked you knew this guy is a wannabe wise guy who will get what's coming to him. I don't care who you think you are you should never call a mentally disabled person a "RETARD" I pulled up a photo of him in case you wanted to know said it read more

Great selection and very fair price on the chain I bought. Would purchase from here again.

Sold me a diamond ring on a so called 14k ring , when I took it to a local jeweler to upsize it they told me they can't because it's stainless steel, I texted the seller numerous times and did not get one single response, but when I was ready to purchase he was responding within seconds , called the store only to get transferred to voice mails, even left numerous voicemails and no returned calls, prior to that I had purchased a diamond watch was told it's a VS2, after what I went through with the ring I decided to check the watch out to make sure it is a VS2, I took it to 3 different jewelers and they told me it's best at SI2, be careful when you buy from these people, I have all the texts to prove it. Happy with the deal I struck with Nate, but it seems like he isn't here and nobody else gave me what I wanted. It socks because I thought I had found the best company to deal with because they were so reasonable, but from what I have seen, it was just the guy that no longer works there. First off, buying from track nyc, they communicate well, but what they communicate you cannot trust. They offer a 30 day warranty on items unless you spend at least 5 grand. Within 30 days I've lost 2 diamonds. The response time for a repair to be put in place was forever. I asked how much weight in gold was in my piece was told 7.2, which is actually the overall weight, which the appraisal sent to me with the pendant said only 5.9 grams. I don't even want to wait 2 months to send my piece back and wait for it to return. Buy from a local jeweler. My piece looks good but if you pay close attention the diamond "paved" set is awful. Lost 2 diamonds within a months time. What a joke. Would not recommend. *update now has been 2 months and more diamonds have fallen out of my pendant. read more

Overpriced. Shit customer service. Never bought any real jewlery and wanted to get some gold for some bling and a small investment. Apparently jewelry is not at all s good investment. Especially from this place Heard about them on instagram and they talk themselved up major hype but they just stole $20 from me because I didnt read the fine print. Was going to get a small pendant so i put $20 on layaway. Did a bit of research and found out i can get a pendant of the same 10k gold that is nearly 3x the weight in gold. This is a 1 inch by half inch pendant. Cheapest thing they have, wanted to test them out before spending any kind of real money. I see the pricing isnt as glamorous as they claim it to be on their instagram posts..Well learned the hard way again. dont trust anybody, read the reviews and fine print. Now im out my $20 and they wont let me cancel my order unless I cancel it for store credit..which im never going to use. Why not just give me my money back? You guys are profiting $0, not selling anything and now you have someone that would have been a loyal customer. Good think I only lost $20. If theyll finesse me for $20 I cant imagine the kind of crap they pull on high ticket items. Dont reccomended unless you have money you want to waste. read more

TraxNYC - Where scammers work - Jewelry Near Me - Manhattan, New York

I don't make many reviews but I would be remiss if I did not give tracks NYC their flowers. Where do I start. From beginning to end my request was handled professionally and with care for my needs and budget. My sales rep Peter and I spoke almost every day throughout the week and he even gave me his personal phone number so he could respond to any of my requests immediately even during later hours of the day. I was ordering four pieces of jewelry so I had a ton of questions and Peter was there all the way to answer my questions and give me the best price available. Once I decided on all the items I wanted Peter made sure my items were shipped quickly and secure. My items all arrived with their diamond certifications and appraisals. As far as quality I love them all. The website tells you exactly what type of diamonds are in the pieces so you have options to purchase the type of diamonds that fit your budget while assuring you have genuine quality ice to fit any budget. I'm blown away by the diamond quality and service from TraxNYC. I dealt with Jewelers all throughout downtown Brooklyn and the diamond district in Manhattan and I must say from service to quality this has been my best experience. When you're spending this much money on anything you want everything to be right and TraxNYC made that happen for me. I haven't read any of the negative reviews but I'm guessing these people just don't know anything about purchasing diamonds or just impossible to please. If you're spending thousands of dollars on something it's best do your research beforehand so you know what to expect. A Sl1 is not going to shine like an Flawless diamond that's why the price is different. I can't tell you how to spend your hard earned money but when I'm in the market for new jewelry TraxNYC and sales rep Peter will be my first stop. Ed read more

12/2011 my engagement ring was bought from Trax. We had a beyond terrible experience with an associate named Bryan. **THE RING THAT WE PAID FOR, WAS NOT THE RING THAT WE RECEIVED.** The paperwork that they sent me with the ring was **FALSE.** It stated that the ring was 2.35 carats (see photo), when in real life it was 1.2 carats. The ring we PAID for was 1.8cts, with g-h (near colorless) diamonds. The unwanted ring that they had sent me had dark grey ones, and one that was dark urine yellow (see pictures). Also, they didn't even size it before they sent it to me, it was 2 sizes too small. So, I couldn't even wear it! I sent the ring to have it sized. Bryan told me would be free; and later tried to charge me for the service. They also sent it back to me missing a diamond, and then blamed it on the shipping..........even though there wasn't a loose diamond in the packaging. I was given no other options for this ring. So, I just decided to live with it, and cut this drama out of my life...I couldn't bare to argue with Bryan and this company anymore..Bryan was rude, would barely answer the phone, I felt like a stalker, waiting for the next email, or for the next phone call. I joined YELP recently, and left them a *one star review a few weeks ago. *6/19* Paul at Trax, is willing to exchange my current ring for a different one. One that I actually pick out and like (what a concept!!!). I was skeptical at first, because I wasn't sure how I was going to handle another ring disappointment. I am told that Bryan is ***no longer*** with the company because he wasn't much of a people person....Hmmm. Guess I'm not as "disturbed", like a previous reviewer (filtered review) had made me out to be. I'm sure if he bought a ring for his wife, and didn't get what he paid for, he wouldn't be a happy camper either. This is my first time interacting with Paul, who informed us that he had just learned about my situation a few hours ago..doesn't surprise me. That Bryan character didn't sound like he was going to share this large of a mistake with anybody. I am still in shock, after all this time the way this was handled. Paul starts sending emails, telling me that he has over 40 rings for me to choose from to replace my icky one. Not crazy about any of them, I ask Paul for more suggestions while I look at the TRAX website. Paul says that as soon as I pick a ring and ship him my old one, he will let me have a new ring sent to me. I tell him I am going to hold off on shipping until I know the ring I want is IN stock, and made at the right size....Seeing how that was the problem we ran into last year. It took someone 5 days to send an email, (not even call) that the ring that we had already paid for was "out of stock". Looking on their website, I find 3 rings I like. We agreed to stick to the budget of the original price of the first order back in 2011, and I select a ring out of the 3. I try to call Paul on the number he gave me, with no answer. Mailbox is full, and I am unable to leave a message...........Frustrating ! ! I know that there is a 3 hour time difference from Las Vegas to New York, and that only complicates things more. *6/21* Paul informs me that he does have the ring I like in the showroom, but sizing it to an 8 would ruin it..of course, my first choice would have been too easy to just happen smoothly... He sends me 2 more pictures of rings that are "similar" to the un-size-able ring... Still, I wasn't crazy about the ones he sent, so I picked the 2nd ring from their website. *6/24* Paul emails me, and lets me know that the ring I want, he only has in Yellow gold, and is working on getting it in white. This makes their website VERY misleading to me, because I'm looking at it right NOW, in WHITE gold. I think that the website needs some major upgrading... If you're out of something, it should say "out of stock", like most major companies do. I think that would eliminate a lot of confusion and frustration... Just my honest opinion. *6/26* I am not sure what happened to the ring that he was looking for in white gold, but I receive an email from Paul again. Saying that he found a different ring, that was more than what we paid for originally. He sent me pictures, and I was in LOVE. 6/29 My new ring arrives, and O M G. The only down side, is that it didn't fit.... The ring has a very thick band, which made it too tight, and it had to be sized up. Not exactly what I wanted to be doing on my Saturday morning. I am very grateful that Paul has given us this opportunity for me to have a new ring. He seemed very sincere in the apology he gave me for Bryan's behavior. Words can not express my gratitude. I have a ring that I LOVE, and that I love to show off....it is LIGHT YEARS better than the old one that they sent me. 3 Stars, we are A-OK! Thank you Paul and the TRAX family read more
