Great prices, nice courteous and professional staff to talk to. But the payment systems they are using are not user friendly. I paid using there PLAID payment system. After 3 hours of frustration apparently my PLAID that I used only at Bullion Exchanges had expired. Several calls to Bullion Exchange later I got PLAID to work. Then 24 hours later I get an email saying they need a picture of my face holding up a state id or license. I also need to download , print and fill in an Authorization for Direct Payment Form. Then why make me go thru the hassle of getting PLAID and my bank to link account. In the end after two more calls I was told that I could write a check. I recommend your Local Coin Dealer and if worse comes to worse go with APMEX you'll be glad you did. Again the staff I spoke to are awesome but payment systems difficult to navigate. read more
