Some seemed like they would negotiate; however, at Bullion Exchange, there was no mystery to the process. Their website and in person offer the same rates and they were significantly better than the other stores. The staff were professional, helpful, and respectful. Great prices, nice courteous and professional staff to talk to. But the payment systems they are using are not user friendly. I paid using there PLAID payment system. After 3 hours of frustration apparently my PLAID that I used only at Bullion Exchanges had expired. Several calls to Bullion Exchange later I got PLAID to work. Then 24 hours later I get an email saying they need a picture of my face holding up a state id or license. I also need to download , print and fill in an Authorization for Direct Payment Form. Then why make me go thru the hassle of getting PLAID and my bank to link account. In the end after two more calls I was told that I could write a check. I recommend your Local Coin Dealer and if worse comes to worse go with APMEX you'll be glad you did. Again the staff I spoke to are awesome but payment systems difficult to navigate. read more

They want a $10,000 deposit from you until they receive your bullion. In which they return your deposit and then pay you your $10,000 sale price. They are severely tarnished and obviously decades old. I called and was informed that refunds are not allowed. All they would do was let me send pics and they might offer something else for the same price, IF I paid shipping to send these back and more shipping to have the new exchanged items sent to me. The operator was extremely rude. I asked for a supervisor and he of course said they were short staffed becasue "it's the flu season". Just a terrible, unprofessional company in every aspect. The response to my review is a complete Lie. They did not say if you purchased again within 30 days and it was over 10k then they would have to report to IRS bla bla bla.
