I am not happy with your company and the lack of customer service. My first transaction was close to $10000.00. When I called to use my points, I was told that they are expired. Why no one told me that the points expire? If you wanted to, you would have made an exception and allowed me to use those points and would have gone a long way to keep me as your customer. This is the absolute biggest joke of a business I have ever encountered in my life. Was provided with a quote on several 1 oz. US Gold Eagle, which I paid with credit card. Several days thereafter, they canceled my order telling me I had failed a background check. Let's see, I have no criminal record, 800+ credit score, registered with FINRA so . . . makes total sense right? So in their return policy they state, "no returns because gold is a commodity and the price fluctuates". We get it, no free option. So it's funny how you can cancel an order I paid at an agreed price, several days after the fact and then refuse to compensate me the difference in spot. Hypocrites and scammers. However, the service has become less than satisfactory in recent months. After reporting a serious security problem concerning their delivery of one order, I left specific instructions to avoid the problem on my next order. I got sent a some Armenian silver bullion that was clearly defective/"error" and very different from what it is supposed to look like. They told me that's how it came from the mint, so I can't return or exchange it even though their policy states that I can. I bought 10 silver maple leaf coins on eBay. These guys took 7 days to ship them out, I emailed them and got an automated bot response "we do our best to ship out orders blah blah blah". Then I called and the lady answered and told me they would be sent out. I HAD TO CALL THREE TIMES before the shipping manager got the memo and finally got his s*** together and fulfilled my order and sent me tracking. Seriously terrible service, luckily there are tons of other vendors on eBay who ship out orders within a day or two of taking my hard earned money. read more

BAD, BAD customer service. Please AVOID. I did a first order with Bullion Exchanges and the post office initially lost the package, so I called Bullion Exchange's customer service. I asked what happens if the package is lost by post office and they gave me a bad attitude with condescending ton of voice stating that they need to investigate and the post office need to admit fault before they can do anything. I asked them what if the post office clearly failed to deliver it, which is my case. I went to the post office five times and they couldn't find the package. The post office supervisor told me that the carried never seen the package and she did not remember even leaving a note for re-delivery or claim. But I do have the note from the delivery person when they failed the first attempt. So this is clearly the issue between Bullion Exchanges and the post office. I called Bullion Exchange again and asked them if the post office lost the package and the record does show that I never received it, what is Bullion Exchange's policy ? The customer service still could not give me a straight answer, so I asked for their supervisor. The supervisor has a bad attitude also. I will never order from Bullion Exchange again. AVOID, AVOID. I really don't write reviews. But because of how poor the customer service is. I will share so you don't waste your time money or energy. So I go to the Bullion Exchange only because I was referred by NGC website. Which states that this is a certified dealer who helps with coin submission to be graded by NGC. Upon arrive I'm asked may I help you. I say" sure I'm here to get your expert opinion on which coins i should submit or not. So according to the supposed owner they don't deal with pocket change. Reffering to the mint mark error bicentennial quaters, and Susan B. Anthony dollars that i am submitting for grading. Which is a load of crap. If it was pocket change then why would they have the same coinage on display in the window front. So my conclusion is this shop is bi·ased. One this guy didnt even use a jeweler loop to inspect the coins to see if they are of value. Maybe not of value to him because he is a gold and silver dealer. My thing is dont say you are apart of NGC or honor there grading at all if that is truly the case. As well take your business offline if you dont want to deal with certain custmer. As well say that you dont deal with any coinage thats under $100 dollars. And remove that you assist with submission. when you do not because if you did then these would be submitted. And i woulld have to waste my time writing a review just let you know. Your customer services skills suck. Even if you are the owner or not. Learn how to speak to people and dont be baised. If your are a collector of fine things i would not show support to this type of individual as i stated. You lost a fanominal client becuse of slackness. I placed an order with them on July 29th, and when I was sent the USPS shipping information, I emailed their customer service to confirm whether a signature was required, since I was unable to confirm this on the USPS website. I wanted to be sure a signature was required to avoid a potential mis-delivery. Well, rather than answering my question, they decided to call USPS to intercept/cancel my order without my knowledge or consent, and email me afterwards with some nonsense about how their insurer advised them to cancel the order because of potential mis-delivery. Rather than reach out to me for clarification regarding my email, they assumed I meant there was a high chance it would be mis-delivered (despite me NOT saying this) and cancelled it. I HAD used the word "misdelivery" in my email, but it was in the context of wanting to confirm a signature would be needed to AVOID a mis-delivery. Obviously I was quite upset at their terrible customer service, but it gets worse. Despite the fact that I was totally cut out of the chain of custody (again, without my knowledge OR consent), they REFUSE to issue my refund until the package arrives back at their facility, meaning that as I write this 8 days later, I'm still sitting here like a complete sap hoping this damned package gets back to them soon and doesn't get lost. I understand the way refunds work for most returned/cancelled orders, but since these slimy people cancelled it on me behind my back, I think it's totally unfair that they're forcing ME to sit here with a charge of several hundred dollars on my credit card until THEY receive the package that they rudely cancelled on me. Considering what they did, the MINIMUM they could do is contact PayPal or my CC company to begin the refund process now, but they absolutely refuse. They prefer to leave me sitting here having to waste my time checking the shipping updates, and hoping this charge drops so I can spend my money elsewhere, preferably at a place that doesn't treat their customers like a turd they stepped on while walking outside. In short: after making a massive and incorrect assumption about the meaning of my email, they moved at lightning speed to contact their insurer AND USPS to intercept the package, but when it comes to extending the same courtesy to me, they could care less, and only offer hollow apologies for the inconvenience. When THEIR money is at stake, they move like the Flash. When MY money is at stake, they couldn't care less. Now I read other reviews and I see similar experiences from others. I've reached out multiple times as they first said it would be shipped by 4/3/20. Subsequently, I reached out and they just said it was "processing".
