Follow up- if there's an issue with insurance or payment or test results or prescriptions, you will not receive a call. You might not even be notified on the portal. To get proper medical service, the patient needs to be on top of them for all the above reasons. If you are an active and engaged participant in your own medical care and are willing to double check things, you'll be fine here. I can say that, for me, I've seen some improvement from years past.

FIRST: I want to thank Rhonda, I had came in a few weeks ago for a potential kidney infection..not only did Rhonda call me daily to check on me, when my symptoms progressed (as I have ms) she called numerous places to get me in for imaging asap to figure out the issue: so thank you Rhonda for going above and beyond for me. She actually listened to my symptoms and showed she cared. SECOND:I would thank Meaghan. I went in to discuss potential infection and heightened anxiety. Meaghan not only was the first person to make me feel comfortable enough to open up to but she validated my feelings which meant more then words can explain. After numerous doctor's appointments finding someone who truly listens and try everything they can to help. She takes her time with her patients, and is very thorough throughout the entire appointment. Last but not least I would like to thank Stefani as she is practically family to me..but every time I have an emergency she never fails to help me find the best solution. As a customer of NCFP you do not come first and become fatigued working with them. Your health is one of, if not the most important, focuses of your life whether young or old. It is a shame the front end and back end of services provided at this company make the middle (medical/healthcare services) not worth the experience you must endure to get to it. I believe the principals of this company must be focusing on the medical/healthcare service quality exclusively and have never walked to the front of their business for a QA on the way their front office employees treat their customers. Urgent care cannot diagnose things beyond flu, covid, and other basic illnesses. They told me they couldn't do anything for me and to just go to the ER. They charge $30 upfront. After the appt, they sent another bill for $156. My low rating is to due to being charged $200 for a useless appt. Like most of US healthcare, they are a business.
