Key areas: Getting refills promptly addressed via portal and without having to place a call to let them know a request has been put in. Ensuring the RIGHT medication is being refilled. Follow up- if there's an issue with insurance or payment or test results or prescriptions, you will not receive a call. You might not even be notified on the portal. To get proper medical service, the patient needs to be on top of them for all the above reasons. If you are an active and engaged participant in your own medical care and are willing to double check things, you'll be fine here. I can say that, for me, I've seen some improvement from years past.

It was incredibly disappointing. When I tried to write back again, my account had been deactivated So hard to find a doctor that truly cares about his patients. Dr Bramwell certainly doesn't.

As a customer of NCFP you do not come first and will leave fatigued after trying to work thru all this with them. Your health is one of, if not the most important, focuses of your life whether young or old. It is a shame the front end and back end of services provided at this company make the middle (medical/healthcare services) not worth the experience you must endure to get to it. I'm guessing the principals of this company must be focusing on the medical/healthcare service quality exclusively and have never walked to the front of their business for a QA on the way their front office employees treat their customers. Dr. Malcom Traxler (Yes the Dr.'s are married to each other) is my husband and I's Dr. He is very gentle, and listens well. He is conservative and does not jump to invasive approaches first. It is nice to be able to have the same practice for the whole family! The office staff is great, friendly, and treat everyone as individuals, not a number. They go out of their way to serve the patients. This is not one of those busy practices where you have to wait days or longer for an apt. You will see the same Dr. every time. They do have a PA that works with them. I have not seen her personally, but have spoken with her and she is very nice. She fits in well with the rest of the staff. For my large family I love getting personalized attention from the Dr.s and being able to get in quickly if we need to be seen. Often the same day. Urgent care cannot diagnose things beyond flu, covid, and other basic illnesses. They told me they couldn't do anything for me and to just go to the ER. They charge $30 upfront. After the appt, they sent another bill for $156. My low rating is to due to being charged $200 for a useless appt. Like most of US healthcare, they are a business.
