I had a party of 21 people so we were expecting a long wait but not 60 minutes. So when we got our food the burgers were pretty burnt and the boneless wings were hard. Worst of all one person at my table had mold on the bottom of the bun. We told the waitress (who was not much help) that there was mold and she told us it was "blue cheese crumbles". After she took away the moldy burger she asked for boneless wings and got a burger. The pickles were soggy. The bun was flaky and fell apart. The cups were not environmentally friendly. Also some inappropriate content was on the tv. Waited 35 minutes for just a box. But I do have to say the atmosphere was full of history. The manager who was very nice gave us two free sundaes that were the music was good too. Not hating on this restaurant but there was several problems. read more

Hunting around for a kitchen open after 11pm led me here. Kind of a mistake. Friday nights used to be "their" night, particularly for happy hour, but it seems the Radisson has been in decline under its current ownership. There were fewer than ten people upon arrival, which dwindled quickly. Last call was around midnight. The reason for my downgrade is the bowl of chili I ordered. The crock was undersized, perhaps 12 ounces. More than a cup, less than a bowl, priced at $6. That would have been acceptable had it not tasted as if it was mostly ketchup. My companion had the almond cranberry chicken salad wrap, which appeared to be on the small side - I was told it was a little dry. It was served with seasoned fries, some of which had so much seasoning that they felt fuzzy. Feeling peckish later in the evening? Skip Trax. read more

Im from CA and sometimes stop here during my visits to PA. I like the ambiance jere but the issue for me seems to be the consistency with food and drinks here. Sometimes the food is presented well and tastes great. Other times....not. Same with drinks. Too heavy of a pour on rum and cokes. Its a typical hotel bar, but like I said, if they fix the consistency issues we will have a winner here. Ill give it another try. Just OK for my experiences here. read more

Food was good. Service was terrible. We made a reservation for 8 people and when we got there they had no table for us and despite their being tables they said they were for other people, even though we had a reservation as well. Worst of all at the end of the night I left my sunglasses on the table and my server Monique never turned them in to the front desk of the hotel or to the bar. Shortly after when I realized I went back and the staff basically told me it was my fault for leaving them and they couldn't care less. Unfortunate the staff was so terrible because I will never go back even though I visit Scranton quite often. read more

My family and I decided to do something different for Thanksgiving so we went to Scranton for a visit and had dinner at Trax. The visit was wonderful; dinner was not. The wait and bar staff were not very friendly. We waited an hour and 20 mins for our dinner to be served even though the restaurant was not busy. The kids ordered burgers and said they were just "ok". My meal was supposed to be grilled chicken and shrimp with wilted greens and creamed polenta. What I received was the size of an appetizer and served on a small plate ---for $17.00! The 3 shrimp were tasteless and dry as dust. The chicken was barely a 1/4 of a small chicken breast and equally tasteless. The wilted greens was a lump of runny spinach and the polenta was barely a scrape used for decoration. I spoke with the waitress and she reluctantly got the manager. We could see their interaction as the manager acted disgusted and rolled her eyes! She listened to my complaint and initially said there was nothing she could do. After more discussion, she agreed to charge me 1/2 price for a dinner that was not edible. We love to stay at the Station but will avoid going to Trax in the future. read more

I have to agree with Vince G. and Colin P. here. I am here in Scranton on business. I staying at the Radisson which is the hotel that Trax is a part of. The food is good yet the service leaves a LOT to be desired. I am moving my business to the Hilton across the street. The restaurant like the hotel has tremendous potential and that is where it seems to stay.....It's too bad. This is a gold mine of an opportunity. If you are in Scranton on business. Value your time because they don't. read more

On valentines day my boyfriend and I ventured over to check Trax out. We had never been here prior. We found ourselves a seat at the bar and ordered our first round. My boy a beer and I a Melbec. It was outrageously over priced and the wine tasted as though it was gone bad. We browsed over the menu to find something we could share. We decided on the boneless wings but unfortunately we never got to try them. By the time the bartender decided to come over (an hour of looking at the menu and trying to flag her down) the kitchen was closed. At this point having gone a good half hour with out a refill I wanted to leave. However, we stayed for one more. I ordered a blue moon which ended up being a coors with a orange wedge. How does one mess this up?! We tried getting her attention till finally she came over just to tell us it was last call. When I told her of her mistake she wouldn't pour me what I actually ordered. They started closing down at 1:47am with a full bar still. I don't recommend going to Trax, especially if you're younger. read more

I travel a lot for business and I can tell you this place is a great bar and the food is not bad at all. The burgers are cook to perfection and the beer selection is really good. I would definitely come back when I'm in town again. Cheers! read more

Great people, bar is on the old station platform. Good food and beer on tap, very reasonable and great service!!

EXPENSIVE. Everything here is overpriced. It's not that anything is bad, it's just not worth it. Go somewhere else and save yourself money for the same quality. read more
