I appreciated how quickly they sent an invoice with a breakdown of the cost for my review and for my records. I paid with a CC through an online website. On the day, about 25 minutes before the scheduled pick up, the tow driver called to confirm address for pick up (McDonough) and address for drop off (Decatur). He gave me an anticipated time of arrival based on GPS so I could be sure to have the car and extra key waiting. I got text alerts as well. The driver arrived promptly at the time he gave me. He took photos of the car before placing on the tow truck and took photos again once it was on there. It got dropped off to the body shop, easy-peasy. I would use again them again.

I was put on hold 3 or 4 times while she tried to figure out how to " get the computer goin'." Once she did, I told her exactly where I was. I told her which exit numbers I was between and I told her EXACTLY how far I was from the next exit down. I even provided GPS coordinates, and you don't get any more exact than that. They still couldn't find my car. Called them back the next day and had to give them ALL THE INFO they had from the night before. Then the new person who answered the phone says, "Last night you told the driver you were at exit 186." I say, "No. I said I was between 181 and 177, and I even provided GPS coordinates." The driver came out again, and THREE HOURS LATER we had to call them back, only to be told that the driver went to exit 186 AGAIN. When the right location was given to them again, the receptionist stated, "Well, the driver ain'tgonna be ridin' up and down the interstate lookin' for the car." GOD FORBID that a tow truck driver should have to do that, right? I later called another company, Mid GA Service Center. They picked up the car and delivered it in about an hour!
