Today we were supposed to meet with a scheduled appointment and as always she had excuse after excuse via text messages. A call would have been more professional but texting is her only way to communicate. We want our money back and pray that she makes this horrible experience right. We waited 25 years to decorate professionally. I was excited that she was doing the job because I knew her personally and her work was great. Very disappointed and embarrassed to tell our children and parents that we were scammed by someone I knew and trusted. I will remove this post when we receive our money back.
